Not really, most incels in denial and the like are just as bad if not worse. Most of reddit falls into this category, quite often they have a freudian slip and let it be know that despite all the simping, all the virtue signaling and agreeing to the most insane arrangements like polyamory, which no self-respecting man would ever agree to, they still aren't getting laid.
Most incels at least are self-aware that they kinda suck, most are at best a 6/10 if they get fit and dress well, have yet to see an incel that I can't understand how the hell he's not getting laid besides elliot rodgers but thats mostly because he was actually rich and his dad well connected in showbiz which is an industry full of women desperate enough to suck any dick that will maybe possibly get them a part on a show or movie.
The incels in denial they will reinforce and support the very system that its clearly not working for them, they simp and defend women who truly utterly despise them with the force of a thousand suns, virtue signal for groups and media that truly want them to die already. Most of the men you see going out of their way to support the [current year] shit are these incels in denial going anywhere they think might finally help them score. The "chads" only support this shit superficially so they can keep getting laid, tho most women wouldn't care if a 10/10 is a literal nazi they'll still want him, just like many men are willing to wife a complete psycho bitch if she's hot (and they are desperate enough).

Incel jannie Fat Link was 'exposed' for simping for a foid on Discord. The thread is archived here. It included the following screenshots:

Not the most sinister examples of Discord jannie grooming, but a few incels find it incriminating.
The jannie Fat Link, being the kind of freak that you'd expect an incels.is jannie to be, deletes every thread about it and starts banning several active users for it. This just leads to more angry threads and more deletions.
He also makes a massive series of longpost rants about it. (Archive#1, Archive#2)
Clearly he has decided that this is srs bsns.
Mostly, his dissertations just seem to be bitching and distractions, but he does touch on what the users were whining about briefly.
To summarize his explanation, he did change the user's name because a girl asked him to, but the girls having accounts on incels.is is often allowed as long as they don't have permission to post. Given how thirsty these jannies are, it's entirely likely that they're doing other (unreciprocated) favours for girls on Discords, but I guess that's the price you pay for having a forum full of desperate incels.

Um, I think that there have historically been a few incel split forums, because incels even manage to be hated by each other. I don't know most of them, since I mostly know about the subculture from coverage here and on rdrama.
A few used to be run by Nathan Larson, and were known as the 'Larson Network.' These were often directed towards pedo stuff, and had named like RGIF (Raping Girls Is Fun).
Looksmax.org is fairly large, but not strictly incel. It does have a high incel presence, and probably used to be even higher, but it's mostly directed to homosexual ravings about how hot 'Chad' is and admiring his 'perfect' features. That's not as much of a splinter, though.
Nowadays blackpill.club (aka. incels.in) is another splinter. The guys there generally hate incels.is, but incels.is members don't really care about them as much. The incels generally have a severe lack of new content (they just regurgitate the blackpill) and of charisma and creativity, so ultimately the splinter forum doesn't have much to offer that incels.is didn't already. Blackpill.club might be slightly less strict about members having to be incels rather than 'blackpilled normies,' but it's still mostly incels, so as you would guess normies don't tend to post there much. It ends up being the same general demographic.
Blackpill.club does try to emphasize srsposting more, but a) the blackpill isn't a serious enough worldview for that, Germans might have long serious debates about Hegel or Marx, but who tf is going to do the same for some half-baked incel ideology? b) nobody can be bothered, and people still post the same kind of content except watered down + lengthened slightly. It's basically a white & nerdy vesion of incels.is.
They're not really sure what their identity is, other than that incels.is is somehow bad because people there are 'fakecels,' or it has too much memes and edgeposting, or people there won't have sex with landwhales and troons. No, really.
There's probably a few more splinters and small groups, but I'm not really an incel expert. There's a few incels on other places, like chuds.life, r/shortguys, neets.net, etc. I guess the Groypers identify with the incel label, and most probably are, but they are mostly just dabbling in it and don't have much experience with the incel community. They generally just know about internet cultures from what Nick Fuentes tells them.
Honestly the Groypers would probably be the biggest incel splinter group, if they weren't filled with sexually active homosexuals.
The owner and founder of this site (incels.is) has been posting in the Sanctioned Suicide thread for months it seems. It's not Marjan, it's the other incel guy who succeeded him, Lamarcus Small aka 'afounder''.

I know because both SanctionedSuicide and incels.is made outbound connections to my server when hotlinking images and returned that same VPS for years after Lamarcus claimed both sites had different server managers. If Small wanted the sites to be completely distanced he wouldn't have had them on the same VPS for so long where he could access the SS database -shrug- Nevermind that SanctionedSuicide had his business as the registrant of SS in January 2023 until I pointed it out, after which they hid most of it.

The thing that baffles me the most about contemporary incel culture is how so many of them have started there when they were high school age. Some would like it to throwing the game before any of your starting players have even gotten off the bench to play.
It might mostly be sadboys with no idea how to get what they want, but they honestly do themselves no favors by chasing away members of their community who do manage to get girlfriends. The more dangerous and deranged members are not that common but the hopelessness that the community espouses helps nothing.

Anyone heard of DBDR? He's the latest incel youtuber that the algorithm has been promiting for some ungodly reason. His thumbnails for his vids are uh... interesting. I'll post more info about him later but he seems exceptional.
