That girl was never prohibited under Ohio law from getting an abortion according to the governor himself, and the woman who handled her case never reported the rape to the police.

Also the rapist was an illegal.

Too bad a 13 year-old from Mississippi wasn't so lucky, and had to start 7th grade as a new mom of the spawn of her rapist.

Even when these exceptions in abortion bans exist, it's more on paper than I reality. Women and girls in TX are being denied abortions even for nonviable and dead fetuses.
