Posted from Meg's discord last night. Cole experiencing regret. Perhaps it wasn't a great idea to burn bridges in such a melodramatic, low-impulse fashion.

I hope when the show is over they privately take Shinji aside and explain to him what all went down with Summer. None of the contestants know just how bad shit really got with her after she left and Shinji has mentioned wanting to reconnect with her when the show is over. That girl will destroy him. He needs to be warned.
He's got an entire ocean separating the two of them. I think he'll be fine.

So I've enjoyed pretty much the whole season, especially with them crushing tj last night. The most wild thing about this show is how fickle the audience is. After cole left people were harping on about how it was the end of the show but it's seemed to be night after night of shit going down. Then there's things like people still competing that the polls meaning nothing lol. At this point it feels like some folks are being willfully stupid just to whine
Personally I do not think the show has fully recovered to its original content producing levels of the first ten days, but it’s been interesting to watch the crew try and recover. It’s clear that with so many original contestants leaving they had to pump the show with many new freeloaders, some of which I feel lack quality.

The biggest thing lacking at the moment is still a main character. They’ve been trying to make TJ that, but it’s been a little difficult since the remaining contestants refuse to act on their own. Many of the content now feels very basic. When I say basic I don’t mean bad necessarily. I mean something happens, we laugh/cry/cringe, then we move on and never really mention it again. I feel like a lot of the content being produced now is just less memorable overall, similar to some of the stuff that happened during the camping arc of the first season.

Sam has been more involved lately for the obvious reason of fish not being able to act without a guiding force as of right now, which has been a smart move on production’s part. Everytime Sam isn’t in the house it does feel kind of dead, so he’s been made into kind of a pseudofreeloader. That’s not a bad thing either, although I do kind of miss when the fish viewed him as Goldstriker rather than Sam.

What I am interested in is seeing how TJ moves forward. Last night he was given an ultimatum, stop being a pussy and make an actual choice or get kicked off the show. Except in doing that TJ’s main driving force to do anything (besides production) was kicked in the process. I’m worried that he will enter a mode where he is unmotivated to do anything. Hopefully I am proven wrong.

Overall I would say the season has been recovering and is kind of in shock therapy. Everything is on lockdown and being guided in some way to make sure nothing gets fucked up so we avoid experiencing another content drought. There will probably be a continuous flow of freeloaders and the fish will be encouraged to stay while the crew keeps throwing potential plot lines at a wall to see what sticks. The first ten days burned so hot that the show is experiencing a bit of a burn out, but it is recovering. Thats my opinion anyway.

Edit: just so I sound less like a complaining faggot I really enjoyed the TJ elimination and thought it was brilliant content. Very impressed that they pulled it off with such a mid contestant. I really hope they keep stuff like that up.

I feel like the only time I've seen TJ really speak up and give a definite answer, and stand his ground despite push back, was when Sam said Taylor was a paid actor. TJ was saddened by this and said he didn't want Taylor's contact information anymore because it wouldn't be real love since she was only acting. Sam tried insisting that it didn't matter and that he should just accept it anyways, but TJ stood firm and said it did matter and he didn't want fake love. A bit surprising because you'd expect a doormat like TJ to just be like "uuuuuhhh I don't know, I guess I'll take her number".

What makes this lame is that Taylor isn't interested in him, let alone in love with him. TJ was standing his ground on something that has no basis in reality. He's really pathetic.

It’s worth noting that most the clip channels are leaving out the part when Sam tells her that Taylor isn’t actually an actor. Leaving TJ even more confused. No idea why they’re leaving that part out.

Duanye passed a note to Shinji last night. He want's to taste Shinji's dick.

Can't stand the faggot nigger cattle Daunye

Brian stumped Daunye with a conditional hypothetical (the "breakfast" question) during Brian's stand up routine, which means Daunye is almost certainly sub-85 IQ.

Although imo the question itself almost certainly came from Jimmy, or maybe Tay.

Good thing that no one asked Duanye about historical anachronisms, or else we'd have to revise his IQ down below 80.

Well on the bright side...at least he's not a potential stalker....the lack of chasing women though doesn't speak well for his more "adventurous" sexual fantasies.

I wonder if the crew told Taylor to reconsider giving TJ her number and revealed what they know about him. If not, I'm sure fans on twitter will let her know.

TJ has these moments where he will act like an actual real human being for a considerable period of time and then suddenly become retarded as fuck. Right now he is speaking with Brian in B2 and he sounds pretty normal tbh. It PEAKS my interest...

Actually, as someone who checked out after Jon left(not cause I was a big fan, I just felt like everyone else was boring).

I think they are recovering better than season 1. I disagree with the zeitgeist that Letty was great and saved the show. Letty saved it for Jet and Sam to not have it completely implodes, but she basically became staff at the point, and allowed them to complete the whole run. I however largely checked out and caught up every few days. I was on the verge of that last night considering if they kicked Jimmy, but they completely rebounded. If that decision by Sam really was a spur of the moment thing, he really did a great job there, as it was the most interested in TJ I've ever been.

Absolutely for sure! Say what you will about TJ but I think he's self-aware enough to know who he is and to keep his head and expectations low. He might have played up "love not being real" as his reasoning but that doesn't mean you can't try to be friends with Taylor.

I think his reasoning was just a front and he knew to back off the moment Sam told him it was all kayfabe. He knows there's just no chance in hell this young woman is going to accept any of his weird kink shit if she didn't have a crumb of actual affection for him. His sobbing at the bar was just him lamenting not giving in to thinking with his dick is all.

That's why I've asked before if TJ has ever said what's wrong with him, he acts really perplexing. It seems like when he's relaxed, he's okay and can sound completely normal. If he's in a stressful situation or speaking with someone new or someone that makes him anxious, he turns into a fidgety mush mouth.

Though sometimes even when he's relaxed and "normal", he still comes off as weird, like he's on drugs or something. Idk, he's a weird dude.

Hes not going back to Japan. He wants to stay in the US. In order to do that he needs to get a greencard. To get a greencard he either needs money, a job, or marriage.
Gonna powerlevel for a bit here. I once knew someone who was also incredibly mentally ill, they were type II borderline personality disorder and c-ptsd. I shit you not, this woman has sex with this illegal immigrant guy who looks her in the eyes and goes "I love you" (her words) and she instantly fell in love with him just cause it "felt" real. Literally 1-2 months later they're married with a kid and greencard on the way.

I'm js, it could rike...totarry happen here!
