You can count the number of pro-Trump legislators on 2 hands. Republicans only pretend to support him during election years because every one that fought him got kicked out on their asses. If Trump wins, the people backing him now will do everything in their power to obstruct him and call it saving democracy or respectable bipartisanship. If he loses, they will say he's to blame for all the failures of the Republican party over the last 100 years. You can't say Republicans are ignorant to the wishes of their constituents because they're so good at faking it when it best serves them.
