Vyse's total illegal death story
Much like Arabs, Beaners pride themselves on being able to rip anyone off. If you're stupid enough to give them gibs/lower your guard to allow yourself to be taken advantage of/etc, then they'll see it as your fault for being so weak and vulnerable. You want it to stop? Man up and smarten up.
But because that's illegal in this country, Camel/Donkey fuckers will continue to pillage America and it's citizens unabated while offering no such hospitality in their homelands. Why would they? That's for idiots.

The basic sin of illegal immigration is entitlement. Every wetback thinks that they are entitled to come into a place they weren't invited, take what hasn't been offered, and act like a victim when people are upset about it. No one who does that is worth having around. They have to go back.
It wasn't always like this. There was a time these guys were basically shadow people; silently working the fields/kitchens and didn't demand anything.
This sentiment changed because the American government betrayed it's citizens. If we go back to 50s-70s immigration enforcement you'd see the illegals remaining quickly change their tune. They'd still hate America and their Gringos, but they'd never ask for anything either.

If I saw two dudes kissing, I'd film that too. It's not something you see everyday, especially in public.
You see that every five minutes in New York, and 1 out of 3 times you'll hear a middle-aged white woman walk up to them and tell em they "look so adorable.

This is how you know you're dealing with retards because why would you risk fucking with that shit when you KNOW it's going to bite you in the ass down the road, especially when you don't have a fucking clue what you're doing?
What bite? We've known this shit for almost 4 years and there have been 0 bites. There are never consequences so everything gets to remain retarded.

So of course they would do it in the sloppiest way possible because they aren't getting punished for it.
This I find surprising, I thought they would outright bar him from being the candidate because "omfg removed from Colorado, having that man represent us would be a SLIGHT to our honor!". I still assume sabotage will be constant and plenty though.

Edit: for some reason, Courtlistener missed one attachment when I bought the docs and let them make a copy via RECAP extension. Please find all the files uploaded here.
Less talk more do Abbott (which rhymes with...). This shit will never stop unless you get violent with the aliens and the faggots that desire to stop you.

No need to guess then Stacy Abrams have some troubles to swallow her food after that news.

Score one for TrueTheVote over Soros, Elias, Abrams and the Democrat vote machine

By Monica Showalter

TrueTheVote, the voter integrity group with an office in Georgia has won a major court victory in its bid to clean up Georgia's voter rolls.
According to the New York Times:
A federal judge ruled on Tuesday that a conservative group’s efforts to challenge the eligibility of hundreds of thousands of voters in the Senate runoff elections in Georgia in early 2021 did not violate the Voting Rights Act under a clause outlawing voter suppression.
In a 145-page opinion, the judge, Steve C. Jones of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, wrote that the court “maintains its prior concerns” regarding how the group, True the Vote, sought to challenge voters’ eligibility. But he said that Fair Fight, the liberal voting rights group that brought the lawsuit against True the Vote, had failed to show that the efforts were illegal.
The decision was relatively narrow, applying only to Judge Jones’s district in northern Georgia, and will do little to change the status quo: Right-wing election groups have already tried to help bring thousands of challenges to voter registrations in states across the country.
Apparently, they had been sued by Stacey Abrams's legal arm, Fair Fight, for voter suppression of black voters, because so many of the invalid registrations of out-of-state voters it found, (possibly done by Abrams's voter registration group, the New Georgia Project) were in the names of black people.
Why wouldn't they be black people? Those are the people Abrams's operatives know about and seek to register for elections. Apparently, there's no such thing as a black political machine, such as we find in places like Chicago, Los Angeles, and most recently, San Francisco.
TrueTheVote itself was ebullient:

Have you actually SEEN a zoomer working? They're just as slow and dumb as the third worlders

When people say "it's so hard to find good help these days" they also mean zoomers.
I genuinely hope nigger nurses knock you around I'm the shitty retirement home you get stuck in.

People who sell out their country and countrymen for financial gain are fucking disgusting.

prices have gone up around me but never anything like these batshit things on social media
nor did I ever see the fabled Bud Light clearances
No and I think that those Bud light clearances were paid advertisements
it's not bread, they're sweet rolls and they cost like $4 for a dozen. that's 2 packs of kings right there.
$10 for two dozen store brought rolls?
And you see nothing wrong with the pricing of this
That means two dozen rolls cost more than the federal minimum wage of
$7.25 an hour. So at no point did you stop and think to yourself wow our money is becoming completely devalued and worthless.

They're the type of people that finally turned me off from ever again looking at the comments section of Instapundit, insufferable Randian faggots every last one of them.

If you think that's bad,

USA Today has a masterclass in Journalism Tribal Warfare up.

This single headline does some heavy lifting. Allows them to claim "Clinton was cleared" whenever people point out Trump was cleared. Conflates Trump (innocent) with Clinton (pedophile), so they can turn to this if the Clintons ever do stop killing all the witnesses. Allows them to dishonestly claim that Trump was named in the docs just like Clinton.

Every time you call Clinton a pedo, expect to see this headline. Every time Trump tries to talk about his crusade against pedos that he ran during his term (which is one of many reasons why they hate him) expect to see this headline. If they ever go after any of the clients on the list, expect to see this headline.

An absolute masterclass in journo-warfare.

When people say "it's so hard to find good help these days" they also mean zoomers.
Remember, they can't make the Niggers, Pajeets, or Chinks, smarter or better.

That means true equality can only come in one way: Making the other races stupider and worse. That is, making damn sure white zoomers get indoctrinated in the most inane time wasting, life ruining bullshit possible. Shit like "is it racist to read to your child" or "expecting people to show up to work on time is white supremacy" or "you once touched a barbie cut off your dick" is very specifically designed to make the upcoming generations systemically fucking worthless retarded cattle -- because they can't get the Niggers, Chinks, or Pajeets to STOP being worthless retarded cattle, and they need you to all match.

Worse, and this is where the shit should start scaring you -- in 10, 20, 30 years, the Zoomers will be the ones teaching the next generations. And they're fucking lazy retarded assholes. We're in a doom loop culturally and it was very very intentionally set up -- the unions mean that any attempt at fixing this will be a 50 year long slapfight where every leftist judge in America will use every dirty trick possible to stop anyone from fixing anything ever.

In today's installment of "Fuck Joe Biden!", the lich-in-chief will be making a speech at Valley Forge on January 6th and at the black church in South Carolina that was shot up on a later date

The black pandering is no surprise although I seem to recall it was revealed years after the shooting that the gunman went to the church because it was a soft target and had nothing to do with race. But this asshole has the gall to campaign in the location that was a pivotal moment for George Washington and claiming to represent the values the patriots fought for?

Edit: Biden has moved his speech to Friday because snow is in the forecast on 1/6. Now that is some irony.

I am 100% sure that the states have no right to declare invasions. Supreme Court held that this power is inherently Congress', the power the Congress delegated to the President. See Luther v. Borden, 48 U.S. 1 (1849) (Article 4 Section 4 power reserved to Congress and delegated with approval of all states to the President), The Protector, 79 U.S. 700 (1871) (the power of the President to declare and wage Civil War), Prize Cases, 67 U.S. 635 (1862) (President's action of hostility to foreign nations creating a declaration of war and bypassing Congress), Article 1 Section 8 of United States Constitution (power to declare war reserved to Congress)

If I was Texas, instead I would argue that I am merely cooperating with Federal law. It is given that the states cannot "pursue policies that undermine federal law" (Arizona v. United States, 567 U.S. 387, (2012) ), but it is also given that the Federal Government cannot make the states enforce its immigration laws (New York v. United States, 505 U.S. 144, 112 S. Ct. 2408, 120 L. Ed. 2d 120 (1992)), If I was Texas I would instead argue that I am merely helping the Federal Government by enforcing the Federal law, which is a choice left to the states (see Sanctuary Cities in general)

This sorta fails, because Biden Admin will introduce to evidence Texas stating that the point of this law is not to help the Feds, but instead to overwrite their incompetence. Still, if "invasion" is all Texas is resting on, I hope the Tax payer likes losing money on a losing battle.

Maybe they are banking on the fact that the Fed has become so bad they can't even present a unified front? D.C. has been flip flopping between "there is no crisis" "there is a crisis and we need to help" "the Republicans made this crisis" and "actually we care a lot and are doing everything to stop it" which are all incompatible arguments.

See Luther v. Borden, 48 U.S. 1 (1849) - The Protector, 79 U.S. 700 (1871) - Prize Cases, 67 U.S. 635 (1862)
Oh? 1849 you say?
Well according to Dredd Scott (1857) I can go into Chicago, abduct a black man, and keep him as property in South Carolina.

This supreme court is not Lincoln's corrupt supreme court.
The circumstances of this case are not the circumstances of those cases by a country mile.
And today, we have things like electricity and antibiotics.

It is given that the states cannot "pursue policies that undermine federal law" (Arizona v. Thank you for quoting SOME modern cases, which are a schizophrenic mess designed to prop up Obama's lawlessness and nothing more, issued by a supreme court that was 30% further to the left than the current one.
Now that' you've established their lack of coherence, you understand just how blank the slate is on this case, especially given there are more people streaming across the border than born in the USA at this point.
If this does not count as an "invasion", I don't know what does, and it's time to put that to the test in the 5th circuit and Supreme Court with a simple question: "When the federal government is committing open treason, what recourse do states have under the 10th amendment?"

Paxton has won way, way more often than he has lost against these fuckheads.
I put my money on Paxton.

outside of alabama, no one makes 7.25/hr. these things are snacks, youre not eating them for breakfast with eggs. theyre packed with sugar.

While it would be funny, I'm not sure that Judicial estoppel would be super helpful for Texas here unless Biden administration has consistently said in court that actions like Texas' are okay.

Difference is that Scott was overturned by a civil war, later decisions, and the 14th amendment. In fact the first case I cited is still commonly used by SCOTUS. See Moyer v. Peabody, 212 U.S. 78, 29 S. Ct. 235 (1909), Massachusetts v. Environmental Protection Agency 549 U.S. 497 (2007), Zivotofsky v. Clinton (2012),

Noticeably you provided no evidence to support your interpretation. Notably because there does not appear to be any.

The state is "blank" only if you ignore all the decisions you don't like. This remains the law of the land, and lower courts are bound by it.

In case you didn't notice, The current supreme court has been "overturning" a lot of shitty democrat decisions in the past few years.

Noticeably you provided no evidence to support your interpretation. Notably because there does not appear to be any.
See above.
Any court that's willing to tell the democrats to stuff it by overturning 100 years of gun control precedent and 50 years of abortion precedent is NOT the same court you're citing.

Welcome to the modern age.
We have supersonic aircraft, satellite internet, and 3 Trump appointed judges wrecking the shit out of corrupt democrats.
