"Job abandonment" means you don't show up for several days without any notice. This means Jackie probably had a hissy fit, stormed off, and never came back. And when she got the letter, she was surprised her actions had consequences; she was probably expecting them to beg her to come back.

Nothing she says can be believed. Assuming this happened on a call, it was almost certainly recorded. Any respectable company records as much as possible to prevent frivolous claims like this. If she was actually placed on administrative leave/fired for bringing up sexism, she'd have lawyers banging down her door to take on a slam dunk case. Most likely what happened in reality is that they discovered Jackie's education/background in cybersecurity (which is to say, none), realized that she did not belong there making that kind of money, and promptly got rid of her. As always, she is extremely lucky that she doesn't have the platform she wishes/pretends to have as that would be yet another defamation case to fight.

Especially fucking Accenture, who themselves are paid hundreds of millions of dollars to guide other large companies in change management and handing redundancies. If you’ve seen that George Clooney movie Up in the Air, he worked for a management consultancy like Accenture. The idea that they’d have a lack of rigor or process around termination strains credulity.

Jackie can’t even lie well.
