It's dumb some people can't say 25 year olds can't consent but you'd be an idiot to try and fool yourself and say the 45-50 year old dating a 25 year old isn't even the slightest bit creepy and predatory. Second, yes, 14 is correct as general age of consent where I live. Social pressure is supposed to prevent weird combinations, not laws. If you let your 15 year old kid date a 30+ year old, you fail as a parent.

Third, and I'm not helping my case here, 12 is the pre-18 age of consent. But that's due to gypsies, otherwise prisons would be full of them.
