I'm liking the hamster Fishman picked up (even if she looks like a fucked up Bratz doll), she seems to be just the right amount of retarded to be entertaining but not need a special helmet and she's got a pretty impressive vocal range. V&U (Liora and Amoria) are doing a modded Lethal Company collab with Navi (EIEN) and Liola (MyHolo)

They did a big collab a while ago of Deceive Inc. with people from V&U/EIEN/Kawaii/Vreverie/Phase that was pretty fun, hopefully they'll do it or something similar again.

Hopefully whoever runs V&U also removes their head from their ass and stops releasing new gens every couple of months, they're debuting their 5th gen in February. You've got 14 talents already, the newest being two months old, let off the gas nigger. Niji should not be used as an instruction manual.

Temma and Hoshikawa Sara played against each other in Mario Kart after saying they would like to do so in VCR GTA. A lot of fun moments. Sara was able to take on Temma's challenge and won 5 times against him in less than 1 hour and thirty minutes. The total was Temma winning 15 out of the 20 races they had, if I remember correctly.

Hoshikawa Sara found out that even if he is the most seiso, Temma is still the most mysterious member of all HoloStars.

Apparently her real voice just really is that high pitched. She once told a story about how she called the UK's equivalent of 911 and they actually thought she was a child, to the point they were going to get a social worker on the phone and everything, till she told them she was in her 20s.

Its not unusual for women to have particularly high pitched voices. Sherry Lynn, the voice actress behind Sasami and Tsunami from Tenchi Muyo, also has a voice that is just naturally childlike and high pitched, to the point that when she also took up an adult role with a deeper voice (Kiyone from Tenchi Universe), she couldn't maintain it, because it was well below her natural register and straining her voice, so she had to give the role up eventually. So its not that weird.

I mean you could make the argument that they are currently the most popular and successful Vtuber agency now, as Nijisanji has been taking massive Ls and seeing talent leave or let go left and right. Niji may have a lot of talent, but the most popular V-tubers in the world are Hololive talents (like Gura).

And about that second point, about most Hololive talent being lolicon and shotacon, he is mostly correct. I actually came across a tweet over a year ago giving a collage of all the Hololive Talents who have said on stream that they are into lolicon and/or Shotacon, and, spoiler alert, its most of them. Everybody from the obvious, like Matsuri and Marine, to the not so obvious, like Sayu saying she was a Shotacon. The tweet was so long ago, I don't feel like going back to look for it. He's probably upselling it to make his point, but he's not too far off the mark. This does not mean that most of Hololive is okay with screwing real life children. But members of both Hololive and Nijisanji have openly claimed to be lolicons and Shotacons before, including Matsuri, Kenmochi Toya, Tsukino Mito (who has openly mentioned reading Comic LO, which is pretty much THE Lolicon magazine in Japan), and Otogibara Era, who all claimed to be lolicons, while Houshou Marine, Saegusa Akina, and Suzuka Utako (who is also a fujoshi) who have all claimed to be shotacons, and that's not even including Niji talens Warabeda Meiji and Emma★August who have openly claimed to be lolis themselves (in-character) and openly cater to that demographic, and Japanese non-Hololive/Nijisanji talent, like Henya, who, in her previous incarnation, was an open fan of Comic LO. What you have to understand is that most of the Japanese talents are Otaku themselves (which is part of the reason many are social outcasts in Japan), and they have Otaku interests, like lolicon and shotacon. The ties that Vtubing has to the Otaku sphere means that a massive amount of overlap is inevitable.

True and I agree with that as things are going now but the guy's wording implies that this is and was always the case. IIRC last year Niji beat out Hololive in numbers granted not by much. If he was talking about the EN branch then I could be more understanding but he just says Hololive as a whole.

I do appreciate your in depth explanation. If it came off that I was denying that loli existed in vtubing, or the creepy shit around it, I apologize. I'm not that stupid, just a shit writer. I would, however, point out that even with more knowledge than I you still only named two Holo members with one being one that I already named. All of that to say it kinda reinforces my point about the asshole's assertion that all of Hololive is some sort of conglomeration of would be kid fuckers is bullshit. That's what pushed me from "this guy is a retard" to genuine disgust. To me it's like a pedophile telling fans of Big 10 college football that they should be appreciative of child molesters because Jerry Sandusky helped coach some really great games.

Sorry, I know I'm sperging and I'm not trying to aim it at you. I like this dumb little hobby and I've seen one too many others fall into rancor and ruin because they weren't protected. I especially don't like some fuckhead using it to further his cause of masturbating to children getting wishboned.
