They're google reviews, Yelp isn't as big in Canada as it is in the US. Trip Advisor was our big one but google reviews seem to have taken over.

Link to google search for that specific store, reviews to the right, wasn't sure if the link directly to the reviews would work. They've actually helped uptick the overall score closer to 5.
