Bossman has a brother?
That is of course assuming he files taxes at all which he will not, and he'll get away with it because ultimately he has no money. I just hope that doesn't empower faggot losers to try to do to him like they tried to do to DSP over muh taxes because they're mad that a retard (who fucked their mom, DTPN!) has 3 hots and a cot.BMJ is a streamer and the money he puts into Stake is all business expenses. The IRS is not going to try to bleed money from a stone and all the money he loses is a write off because he streams it all and that is his job.
Kick.com uses Stripe for payments, including payouts for subscriptions. Stripe issues 1099's and may submit to the IRS for Kick as well. The IRS might know money is going to him and are expecting something to be filed. Even if you owe nothing you must file showing you owe nothing. An ordinary person would have no expectation of need to file taxes if they don't make money. They won't pursue him.
I don't think this is correct. Bossman does not have an actual business set up for his streaming, and the IRS only considers activities like gambling as a business activity if you can show that you've made a profit for 3-5 years:BMJ is a streamer and the money he puts into Stake is all business expenses. The IRS is not going to try to bleed money from a stone and all the money he loses is a write off because he streams it all and that is his job.
Considering that A: Bossman hasn't started a business, B: hasn't been streaming gambling for over 3 years, and C: ends almost every day with $0 to his name, it's pretty clear that there is currently no reasonable expectation of earning a profit. In general, taxpayers may deduct ordinary and necessary expenses for conducting a trade or
business. An ordinary expense is an expense that is common and accepted in the taxpayer’s trade
or business. A necessary expense is one that is appropriate for the business. Generally, an activity
qualifies as a business if it is carried on with the reasonable expectation of earning a profit.
Bossman does not depend on income from gambling, he relies on his parents for everything. He occasionally switches up his method but he still loses it all every day. He has never had money in his account for over a week much less been anywhere near the black on his overall gambling. In order to make this determination, taxpayers should consider the following factors:
Does the time and effort put into the activity indicate an intention to make a profit?
Does the taxpayer depend on income from the activity?
If there are losses, are they due to circumstances beyond the taxpayer’s control or did they
occur in the start-up phase of the business?
Has the taxpayer changed methods of operation to improve profitability?
Does the taxpayer or his/her advisors have the knowledge needed to carry on the activity
as a successful business?
Has the taxpayer made a profit in similar activities in the past?
Does the activity make a profit in some years?
Can the taxpayer expect to make a profit in the future from the appreciation of assets used
in the activity?
The IRS presumes that an activity is carried on for profit if it makes a profit during at least three of
the last five tax years, including the current year...If an activity is not for profit, losses from that activity may not be used to offset other income.
I do agree that is unlikely they will pursue him - partially due to the lack of money available to collect, but there's also no way he's properly filing his tax returns with all of his withdraws, deposits, and juicers recorded, so they would have no way of knowing until they audit him.An ordinary person would have no expectation of need to file taxes if they don't make money. They won't pursue him.
He could be roommates with Ethan Ralph. A cow crossover would be amazing, especially with both of their love of drugs, gambling, and hookers. After the Eviction arc, Austin will get his juicers to scrounge enough money for renting a small room in Mexico and avoiding the IRS. RALPHAMALE STYLE BITCHES. Epic W. He might even have a Mexican baby momma and a small little kid so that's when this thread will be moved to "horrorcow". Just a heads up. I hope Austin is gay to avoid that drama tbh
It will never be not funny to watch Bossman's boulder roll back down the hill. From 290 to 6k and back to 0 within 4 minutes. Edited to fix the aspect ratio
I want a “I lost it all again” or a “juicer” reaction. It really is unfortunate he’s so volatile, otherwise it would be interesting to see if we could find out what he’s like beyond the scenes from people close to him. But instead he just uses people and pushes them away when they don’t give him what he wants. You could write a book on pathological gambling addiction using BMJIt will never be not funny to watch Bossman's boulder roll back down the hill.
Yes, this is how it goes, but I am sure there are many small filers who don't know this. It's not going to be a unique case treated as deliberate malicious defrauding.Kick.com uses Stripe for payments, including payouts for subscriptions. He does make money, a lot of it. Gamba-gamba-ing it all away does not mean he doesn't have income. An ordinary person would have no expectation of need to file taxes if they don't make money. They won't pursue him.
I’m not sure it really matters: with how much the IRS is backed up I doubt they’ll get to auditing BMJ before he dies young from his addiction. Plus the amount of work they’d have to put in to get money out of him would be crazy. BMJ should actually be more afraid of winning than losing, because then he gets the IRS on his ass trying to take his money for all the years of unpaid taxes. But until he has any money they won’t give a shit since he’s broke and can’t even afford weed let alone paying Uncle Sam.He does make money, a lot of it. Every time he withdraws from Stake it looks like he won. The IRS doesn't know he's digging through his carpet looking for nugs, all they see is thousands of dollars moving through an LTC address. And thousands of dollars from Stake sponsorship, and thousands of dollars from Kick subscriptions... DSP convinced the bankruptcy people that he spent $5000 a month on a subscription to a WWE streaming service and 3-5 video gamesThe IRS is pretty strict with streamers, and just because something is done/bought/used on stream or in a video, it is not business expense
