Inequality is confirmed multiple times in all scriptures.
And that's just religion; biology has a lot to say too.

The reason it is powerful that God commanded us to love one another is because of the obvious massive differences in faculties and worth, because it implies even groids are in some sense worthwhile as living beings and should be treated as kindly as possible for that reason.

In many cases there is still no other choice but to put them to death, minding.

This pretty much. Recognizing reality =/= "hate." If I poke a hungry bear in the eye with a sharp stick it might decide to eat me. I don't "hate" the bear for doing that. It's just a bear being a bear. Expecting it to be anything else makes you retarded and delusional. If someone were to point this out and you were to say "that's species realism, you can't say that, you just hate bears!!!1" that would obviously make you a giant faggot. Same deal goes for different varieties of humans, or anything else in life really.

That reminded me of the story of the Tower of Babel. You did understand what it was about, right? Why God made everyone speak different languages?

As in, just like a disease can run through a homogenous population of animals with no immunity to it, so can bad (or evil) ideas can run rampant through a homogenous population. Having various separate languages, cultures, and ideologies is a defense from that. What you call race superiority is just one of the natural mechanisms that populations use to defend themselves from mixing.

Mixing everyone up into a big pile of brown homogenous mud golems with the same ideology and culture means the first bad idea will destroy humanity and there won't be any pockets of untouched humans left to rebuild. That's why people are naturally (or by design) xenophobic and have to put effort into defeating those natural instincts.
