Complete and total addictive behavior solely tied to metrics and numbers having to do with subscribers count that have inevitably become tied to his ego, manhood and success as an ailing 41 year old man (as indicated by being the first thing Dave mentioned when he watched an LTG clip, surprised that he had 3 times the amount of subs he had).

Imagine being reliant on begging to make money while doing insane mental gymnastics to convince yourself that this isn’t actual begging, but a clever business model derived from decades of experience from being a professional YTer, entertainer and pioneer.

Someone’s Phil age is looking for one thing and one thing only: financial security and confidence in one’s future. We’re all smart enough to know that he has neither and needs to constantly try reaffirm himself that his delusional rants are the truth, not an alternate reality created by him to cope with his daily failure of a life.
