I wonder if any reactors will see this kind of success again. Has anyone successfully introduced a new cow? Either the audience doesn't bite (FFG can say she was fine with her smaller Lushy audience, but as far as I know, she stopped covering Lushy a long time ago); the cow slaps back (I recall Sam covering some woman who did food pantry hauls, until the woman struck Sam's channel); or the creator simply refuses to cultivate the material.

ALR and Chantal came gift-wrapped to the reaction community. There was well-documented, well organized lore. There was a backlog of easily accessible material (until Chantal nuked the pre-hijab era, anyway). There was an established community to reach out to, engage with, and gather audience members from. If they want someone new, this will have to be created, and I'm not sure any of them (even (especially?) the ones for whom reactions are a full-time job) are up to the task. In this, Chantal is correct that the community is lazy.

On the other hand, this could create a (brave?) new gorl world. The reaction community is already incredibly fragile/unstable. It will be interesting to see if they attempt to "create" a new Chantal from one of their own, simply to sustain the economy. Not that it will solve any of the above problems (as discussed, most reaction channels are not interesting apart from Chantal). 2024 could be very interesting
