Am I right in thinking that this is somewhat thin natural hair, that has been dyed darker and bolstered by extensions?
The roots look thinner than the ends, also they look like they might be a medium brown colour and growing out a bit.

If you compare pictures of the past when she was abit heavier(though still severly underweight by normal standards) you can tell her hair has gotten a lot thinner. She's talked about going to the beauty salon once a week for a wash, most likely because the activity is very strenuous for her. There's heavy rumors that she uses the extensions that have little beads on them or something like that to make it easier to blend with her hair, but you can see some parts have broken off and grown more wispy with time.

I told you all what the modelling industry produced back then, and Eugenia was signed into a contract in 2009 at 15 years old apparently or shortly after. She already had a childhood ED but I'm willing to bet being in the modelling industry back then was the final nail in the coffin.

I mentioned the late 2000's modeling industry standard because it absolutely normalized a severely Anorexic and malnourished body. This was even beyond the previous decades "Kate moss era".
The late 2000's was a different level of thin. This is the time Eugenia entered the modeling industry and what a time to enter it (don't forget the average modeling career begins at 14/15). And they literally "dropped her" a decade ago for getting too thin and posting too much online. It's absolute insanity.

Yeah I don't doubt being a model, particularly in that era, is one of the big things that triggered her ED. The late 90s-00s was a bad time for female body image.
While those models aren't as thin as Eugenia is now, I'm sure they weren't exactly healthy. Kind of hard to be healthy when you subsist primarily on cotton balls and coccaine.
