I didn't know that was possible. Usually you either pay up or you nut up from what I understand about Family Court. Maybe NY has legislation to give any poor schmuck who unfortunately has to be judged as a non-custodial to their children in NY Family Court a handicap or Ralph is niggersplaining family law to cover his ego to the paypigs left. I thought the “court appointed attorney for the indigent” involved the permanent restraining order request. Does NY really provide attorneys for indigents in family court now? Wouldn’t surprise me, family court has become a real govt money eating machine in the past two decades. Lawyers convincing the govt to pay them to represent hood rats who only want custody to get welfare benefits/ avoid support payments seems about right.

Something occured to me recently. Pantsu is filing for divorce in NY but they were married in Nevada. Maybe some legal scholar among us can enlighten us here, but don't you have to file for divorce in the state you were married? Maybe there's an exception for when you're the equine legal bride of an abusive hog monster, but that kind of legal eagleing is above my pay grade.

Either way, Ralph should be waking up in a cold sweat considering there is video and audio evidence of his abuse against both May and Rozy, as well as his online harrassment of her and her family. He needs to pray to whatever God he pretends to believe in that they get assigned a male judge so that it's just a simple ass raping in court as opposed to an ass raping wearing a spiked metal baldo.
