He's a fucking moron. You don't use pre-packaged ground beef for steak tartare. You finely chop or mince fresh beef yourself, and it's for the same reason you should mince your own beef if you want rare hamburgers.

I'm saddened to report that Tommy has been the victim of yet another saxophone theft. According to him, a "black kid" knocked on his door looking for drug money and distracted him while his buddies came in the back and stole his sax.

Apparently the responding police officer asked him if he had been taking his meds. I imagine that was because Tom was worked up and doing his stream of consciousness psycho babble thing that he calls "zooming".
