Ukrainian Defensive War against the Russian Invasion - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

Or Trump was using negotiating tactics to try and shake the shiftless continentals out of their complacency regarding contributing to their own defense.

He's done this repeatedly but leftcucks still think he's just going to tuck tail and run. Remember that time the US lit Wagner the fuck up in Syria...let's see who the Commander-in-Chief was that gave clearance for retaliation...well whaddya know? Trump was POTUS, very very interesting. For a supposed Russian asset, I would think it would be a bad thing to murder your masters' pets.

He told Germany to stop sucking at the Russian gas teat, he told NATO to pay their fair share (don't forget NATO agreed to increase their spending during King Niggers presidency but mostly failed to do), he increased weapon shipments to Ukraine, signed new defense spending agreements with Poland for weapons. For a supposed isolationist that wants America to crumble to dust he sure has done a lot to foil Chinese and Russian efforts to undermine the western sphere of influence.

Because the Houthis are seriously disrupting international shipping, and the free flow of trade is one of the core elements of the pax americana.

Ukraine is important, but it is not the only important issue.

There are two rules on the water: don't fuck with international trade and don't fuck with America's boats. The Iranian puppets violated both.

Reformer cucks and Vatniggers got BTFO'd today as an M2 Bradley defeats a T-90M in a tank duel using the chain cannon, despite not being a fucking tank.

NOOOOOOO I TESTED THIS IN WAR THUNDER AND T-90 WINS ALL THE TIME!!!!!!

Tangentially related, but it looks like @AgendaPoster taxes are being spent on all sorts of goodies, with the recent announcement of joint procurement of 1000 PAC-2 missiles to be made in Germany. Two hundred of these are for Romania, with the rest split with Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain.

They also are waiting on approval for 32 F-35, guessing the A variant. Another 16 to follow.
And have approval for M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams, 54 of them + a bunch of utility variants + >10000 rounds of 120mm

To me the ammunition news is the most important. More orders means more industrial build out. The opening of a PAC-2 factory in Germany is also a sign that the Bundesrepublik suddenly has an openness to let the weapons flow. It's also nice to see that Germany is spending money on fundamentals. My memory may be off but that would be the first Patriot missile factory in Europe, with Japan being the only other foreign producer.

Turkey, Bulgaria, and Romania have also reached a tentative agreement to start multinational de-mining operations in the Black Sea. Approval from each nations legislatures will be required first.

In more US Congressional gamesmanship, Democrats refuse a bill for Ukraine aid as it would include funding for American border security and a "remain in Mexico" policy.
Quotes from the populist ring wing of the Republican party include being pissy that such a bill exists. Imagine compromising to get what you want. Also the requisite Democrat claims that walls don't work and Johnson is actually sabotaging Ukraine funding by tying it to something Democrats don't like.

Truly, the United States is run by children.

The modern definition of 'isolationism' is neocon bullcrap and has been since the lolwar in Iraq.
What would be the difference in definition between pre and post lolwar in Iraq? I see it used often and it colloquially comes off as non-interventionism. I guess a modern maximalist version of that would be the United States exiting the UN, NATO, IMF, etc? Such sentiments go back to before World War 1 and crop up in the political history of the United States quite frequently.

Obviously I'd prefer this money being spent on parks and sports and healthcare and infrastructure investments, but it's just not the time for that. There will be elections soon, and one likely presidential candidate will be Mircea Geoana, currently NATO's Deputy Secretary General. There have already been mainstream discussions about the real possibility we will have Russia on our borders which is pretty much unbearable to mostly everyone.
It's gonna be a rough election season I'm sure. Likely won't bother to vote cause I hate everyone involved, but who knows.

That is seriously a concern in Romania? There are only two ways Russia can secure Odessa Oblast. Either by conquering Kiev to the North and then moving south, or a combination maritime and land operation, due largely to the presence of major water ways and swamps around the city of Odessa proper. Back when Russia was assumed to be able to roll over Ukraine in a Month, this was such a legitimate concern that the Ukrainians mined Odessa's beach front and started turning it into a Omaha Beach reenactment.

Now though the Black Sea Fleet is a fucking joke, with half its sea lift capacity and a third of its missile capacity having been either sunk at sea, or blown up in port by the Ukrainian Air Force and Navy. The Russkies have been so anally devastated by Ukraine in the Black Sea, they could not even hold the oil rigs, let alone an uninhabited Island. As for conquering Kiev, that is about as big a pipe dream as the UAF marching on Moscow. Its not going to happen.

Coach definitely fucked around and found out, nobody is disputing that. However Ukraine should have just shoved him onto a plane and deported his ass. His retarded musings effected nothing until they decided to make an example of him, and now supposedly serious people will be talking about his death as an international incident instead of "retard gets himself killed lmao"
I don't think anyone really gives a shit either way. If he died, it's probably due to his poor health IMO.
Though I suppose for us kiwis dead lolcow is always a loss, because milk is more valuable than whatever short-living satisfaction their demise might bring. Yeah, Gonzalo Lira is a pathetic worm who only has himself to blame here, but I personally wasn't rooting for his death, though I didn't feel bad for him either - he should've known better yet insisted on sawing the branch he sat on.

US Congress using Ukraine's fate as a bargaining chip in their petty squabbles is by all accounts fucking awful. Especially when it hinges on allowing shitskins to freely come and pillage US, as democrats add heads to their voter base. While this shows where their priorities lie, was it even necessary? Everyone who's willing to see things for what they are already knows, and there's nothing you can do to change the minds of "progressive" cattle on democrat side.

Have I had one too many or are there two Bradley’s rope-a-doping that T-90 there? Around 30 seconds is when it’s most noticeable. Looks like one was drawing its attention while the other Bradley crew set up a TOW shot. Great footage.

Lira was a fat deluded old perv passing information to the enemy.

If the US was being invaded by China and we had some [german/israeli/bong/etc.] over here cheering on the Chinese forces and bemoaning every week DC goes without total capitulation to the invaders, while actively passing information to the invaders, people would no doubt be calling for his fucking head.

CivDiv touches on CRP's fate, and brings up several good points about his struggles with respiratory illnesses in Ukraine, and the potential causes:
It's actually quite insane that this dude is basically an athlete (has videos about how to work out in adverse frontline conditions etc.) and infantry soldier with such levels of debilitating allergies. Basically what's happening to him that being allergic, all sorts of contaminants/pollutants will trigger a highly inflammatory reaction in his lungs and airways, and that inflammation will also make him more vulnerable to catching whatever bugs are doing the rounds, so after some asthmatic crisis he'd probably get an infection too, and then comes the pneumonia.
Super nasty shit. I know people that are literally wearing N95s during spring time, pollen etc. Some even in their homes if they cannot avoid their allergens.
Since he received injectable corticosteroids, I assume the inflammation was so bad that they couldn't fix it with anything else. That comes with its own set of adverse effects and issues.
I'm surprised he is not getting the same allergies though in the US. Must be some flora that's specific to Ukraine.
Still, crazy that he works out and keeps fit. Most people with such issues are nearly fully wrecked.

Its the US Congress. If they weren't being total scum bags and holding various important things for ransom in order to get all their pet projects funded, they wouldn't be doing their job (as they see it).

As we've seen during Vietnam, Desert Storm, and Operation: Iraqi Freedom the democrats love being seditious traitors every time the United States is at war with a republican president in charge. Which is a huge reason why Americans think that shit will fly whenever they do it in other countries and get away with it.

If Ukraine is given even a portion of those missile systems it seeks, it would hobble the effective operation of the Russia's casualty indifferent tactics. Ukraine is holding well, thanks in part to clever tactics and stupid Russian ones with limited aid now. A few months bases, supply bases were repeatedly and heavily struck. Now Russia did counter this by both moving these railhead depots and improving defenses, but mainly Ukraine has run short of ATACMS and their own stock of modified Soviet rockets. Full aid for a toe to toe fight might not be realistic, but a steady supply both of long ranged rockets and shells to destroy supply depots whether at railheads or more distant and the shells need to wear down Russians at the front. If shovelling poors continues to accomplish very little, Putin might start to be reasonable. Aid in regard to the missiles and drones that can hit Moscow properly would be one of those psychological measures needs to break the deadlock. The Ukrainian proof of concept drone strikes on Moscow did rattle Putin's régime, as failing to protect Moscow and its comforts would delegitimise Putin a lot for the comfortable and wealthy who suppose Putin and the life of ease his rule has brought. A lot of Russians mightn't give a shit about Ukraine except when apartment heating systems fail and brownouts recur, they get annoyed.

Anyhow, there is a degree of deterioration in Russia which should be helpful for Ukraine, if Sunak's and other Euro aid, plus discreet aid from em American tourists and government workers. Given the somewhat patchy aid, Ukraine is holding out well enough, and for example there's initiatives like the Minister for Digital Integration encouraging ordinary people to learn basic engineering for making drones. Drones and EW warfare do a lot for less money than the S-300s Ukraine started with.

Say what you want about Jane "Ho Chi Whore" Fonda, I'm not sure that she ever passed information to the NVA.
Which tbf was more to do with she had nothing to pass, admittedly

Jane Fonda outed American POWs to their NVA captors when one of them handed a note to take back. Sitting on that AA gun seat and looking through the gun sight is more than enough to get any other American John and Joe Doe arrested and tried for aiding the enemy.

The Teleziggers are screeching about an A-50 AWACS being shot down 100km from the frontline as well as a IL22M Air Command Post being damaged. Hopeful it's true because one, it would be fucking funny that these assholes lost an AWACS, the planes are rare as fuck lostech/archeotech that Modern Russia can't replace and lastly, thats a lot of dead specialists and leadership they really can't afford to replace. If this is another case of a Patriot TEL being scooted forward and cold firing into the frontline it will be one for the books.

Apparently a recording of one of the crew requesting an emergency landing:
