The weightlifting shit almost made me PL. The trap bar off of blocks, as previously pointed out, is essentially a 5-6 pin pull off of rack safeties. Meaning it's something you would do to break a sticking point at the top of your deadlift. Everyone else touched on most of the other issues with it so I won't sperg anymore about it. This bitch really does think she's an expert at EVERYTHING, and any criticism is taken at face value instead of understanding that it's an opportunity to learn from people who know more than you. Go scrub through a few videos of Dave Tate Table Talk and you'll find previous world record holding powerlifters well into their 50's discussing things they picked up recently from someone else and how they've added it into their programs. Anisa has skated through life doing the absolute bare minimum and plugging her ears whenever someone points out that she's fucking clueless. All of these opportunities to learn and grow as a person from people who know more than she does just completely discarded because she can't stand the idea of being wrong or seen as less than "high level" in every area she decides to implement into her "personality" this week.
