If the stream/interview was originally supposed to start 5 hours ago and we only got a 42 minute video with a 7 minute segment that repeats, it's fair to assume a fuck ton was left on the cutting room floor.
Keffals was tweeting 3 hours ago (2 hours after the Interview start time) with a teaser clip of right at the start of the Interview so that's the teaser the editor gave from the start of their editing.
So it's fair to assume that if the editor was tasked with starting editing ASAP after the interview that at least 50% of the footage was cut. It was probably at least an hour and 20 minute long interview.

Right at the end Keffals talked about the trolls 'always finding a new site' so I'm pretty certain Null was right and Keffals attempted to get Chris to talk about the Cwcki forums but didn't like the answers.
