What the fuck is the point of creating a GoFundMe for yourself and then donating to yourself? All that would do is cost him money in processing fees to GFM. Is the idea to create the impression his GFM was being widely supported and funded in the hope it'll spur others to donate? How bizarre.

The only logical thing I could think is maybe it's donations he's had earlier from people who've donated and he just put all of it together and decided to make a GoFundMe.... but then again, why the fuck would you go through all that effort to make a GFM.

As was pointed out on the FPS deisel stream "Youre in the same house as her walk over and give her the cheque!". It was exclusively for Spencer. Not any other victim.

He's utterly fucked this situation and showing what I would call Patrick S Tomlinson levels of fucking arrogance, ignorance and stupidity.

And the group i'd feel actually sorry for is people actually victimised by pedo's or rapists who got swept up in his larp. Like they just wanted a bit of help or support or feel like some justice was being done. Those people got literally farmed by max for money and thats really fucked.

It's been years since I watched his video accusing Kids Chat so apologies, but was that a chat room under the umbrella of the 'Chat Avenue' website?

I used to be a moderator for one of their chat rooms like 14 years ago and you came across users complaining about pedophiles in their DMs on a daily basis. As a mod you got given special login privileges where you could see IP addresses, kick or ban users but a simple IP address change and you could get back in (luckily it was usually older men who were computer illiterate). Some rooms weren't even moderately properly (e.g. the one specifically for teens to hang out) and yet nobody gave a shit to revamp it and officiate it properly. Luckily the mod team I was volunteering with had a connection with CEOP to collate and hand over information anonymously if we came across anything like that but it was sad seeing other places on the website not giving a shit.

But yep, the 'we're a safe place for kids to chat online' is bullshit - if it wasn't for the moderators they take on (who donate their own free time to try and keep the place clean) they would never have cared unless it reached the news or affected their pockets.

-It does not have any legal formatting whatsoever. The page margins are incorrect. The font appears to be Aptos size 11, which is not the font of choice in legal documents. Times New Roman 12 is the standard. Anyone who has written a paper in grade school in the US knows this.

-The platforms where Anthony needs to make his apologies are not specified, saying “the magnetar channel” is not enough.

-Most of these remedies are subjective. Making a “genuine apology” is subjective.

-The fact that there is no law firm listed tells me it’s fake.

-There is no place for a witness signature.

-Bold is typically not used to denote sections, font size and spacing is.

Now Maxy boy, not only is this not legally binding, issuing this to someone actually opens you up for lawsuits. This is a form of intimidation and harassment.

If Magnetar or Haley would like to open a fundraiser to pay for a civil case against max, I’d gladly contribute.

what the fuck I didn't realize the GFM was for 100k

that has to be the most audacious attempt at donation fraud in awhile - even people faking cancer try harder to provide some evidence of the costs, even if it's just the bill for their mortgage. he gave absolutely no reasoning behind asking for 100k besides "legal fees, medical care and trauma counselling"

like bro show us a fucking invoice for any of that. let's say this story is real and you have spoken to a lawyer - it costs money to speak to them so you must have a reciept that says you at least paid for a service which would then allow the viewers to think, "oh, they actually spent real money on this" providing a bit more credence to the story. but just gimme 100k cuz boohoo trauma? if that was at all appropriate, everyone would do it.

fucking 100k is the budget of some social services attending to hundreds of people and the only named beneficiary is spencer. I sincerely hope someone's video dives into every fucked up discrepancy and obliterates this story. I might've had some sympathy for these stupid young girls but the gloves are off now.

Spencer would be eligible for Medicare and Medicaid since she’s allegedly disabled and low income.

Both suck but it’s better than nothing. Maybe she shouldn’t move to the reddest state in America if she wants free handouts from people.
