Intentionally vague wording means that anything a person posts could be considered hate speech. This includes memes, historical references and retweeting regardless if it actually incited violence. Punishment includes fines and/or a sentence of up to 5 years in prison.
Section 13 of the bill also means your employer could be held accountable for what you post. Even possessing a shitpost folder can get you in trouble.
