I went into this expecting the worst, but it actually had a decent start until about two and a half minutes in.

-He starts off by saying that he used to like Cart Narcs actually. He found it entertaining and what the guy was doing to be pretty benign, but now they're on "season 17 of Cart Narcs", "the question has been answered" i.e. we've seen what happens when you tell someone to put their shopping cart back. It's not exciting anymore, so the Cart Narc has to get more extreme in order to elicit a reaction. It's actually a pretty fair critique that I do agree with.

-He complains about the insult of "lazybones", which is probably the most inoffensive thing you could possibly call someone. iDubbbz says that "some people say that it's not so bad [...] he's hitting people with the white people insults" because it's not a modern iDubbbz video if he's not making fun of wypippo.

-"DUDE, if someone called YOU lazybones, would it not feel fucking awful?" "Especially if you're being lazy, that's like a level 9 white people insult".

-Worst insult he's ever received was a "well placed" "No shit, sherlock". I still don't know what the fuck a "white person insult" even is. Are you saying that other races are naturally more barbaric and violent with their insults? Yikes hun...

-His next point is that "both people can be shitty", he thinks that he's breaking new ground with the take that you can dislike everyone involved in a situation. He then goes on to show examples of Cart Narc being a hypocrite by showing a clip of one of him saying "we're sweet and loving about it", before showing him insulting people. This doesn't land well at all coming from Ian "Grown and Matured" Jomha who throws petty and mean spirited insults at anyone who even slightly inconveniences him.

-Ian says that if someone is asking you to go away and you continue to hang around, you're creepy. No shit Sherlock. The point of those videos is to bother people until they put the cart back in their place (or to get good content from their reactions).
There are Minecraft Villager sounds playing throughout this section for no apparent reason. Ian, please stop trying to be hip. You will never be hip again.

-He says that the magnet he throws on cars isn't just a magnet, that it's like a barnacle that not only reminds the driver that they did a bad thing, but they're reminded of "the asshole they just interacted with". NO SHIT SHERLOCK. Why the fuck else would he do it? Such a bad analogy to call it a barnacle too. Magnets are the easiest shit ever to remove. Unlike a barnacle.

-I think he tries to make a joke here that they should up the strength of the magnets they use since it's technically not illegal but his delivery sucks so bad now that it completely falls flat. There's a classic "IRL skit" section with the magnet but it's low energy and too short to be memorable. WTF iDubbbz, I thought sarcasm was evil?

-The Cart Narc is a hall monitor, akin or Randall from Recess or Spongebob. He says the fish from Spongebob are actors, so they "consented" to being on the bit (????????????????????) unlike these people. These people are just trying to get through their day and are making their boundaries known.

-If you're going to antagonise people, "we should at least know some of your history". I think he's saying that the Cart Narc needs a tragic backstory so he's more likable, but it also literally sounds like the shit Keemstar and Ricegum said about him back in the day. It's weird if he's just going to bring up points that people specifically used against him back in the day to use them on someone else and not even acknowledge that that's what it is. But if this is really about how the Cart Narc needs to be a more sympathetic character, then I guess he's one of those retards who can't enjoy a show or movie unless there's a "good guy" involved.

-Mentions "irony poisoning". Blegh. Continues to talk about how the Cart Narc is actually a Narc and calls the cops on people. A point that would be better made by not the "grown and matured" comedy police.

-He says the CartNarc tries to be reasonable, but this is hard to do when you "task yourself to do something that's not ethical or reasonable to be doing" That's a whole debate in and of itself.

-He suggests that the CartNarc specifically targets "disabled people" or people with shitty cars and who are "visibly struggling" because he thinks that he can push those peoples' buttons harder. Another awful argument. You don't go fuck with people who are visibly on edge because they are obviously more likely to snap and attack you. That is retarded.

-"That sort of flippant behaviour makes me wanna fucking... [cut away] it makes me wanna be violent. It makes me wanna be very violent" iDubbbz genuinely sounds like he's seething here lmao. I also like that he very obviously wanted to say something else, held it, and cut away to another take because he's trying very very hard to be uwu soft and reformed (it's not working).

-Super fucking lame ass joke about other "-bones" nicknames that he's come up with. It sucks. It fucking sucks so bad.

-I'm so confused by what points he's even trying to argue. He brings up that the Cart Narc has been threatened with guns before and that he immediately left those people alone. He shows that someone pulled a gun on him and the Cart Narc blurred the business details on the guy's van and put a disclaimer that they don't want the guy's business to suffer.
So naturally, I'm thinking, because of how the rest of the video has been angled (i.e. you're harassing these people!!! You should leave them alone when asked!! This guy is an asshole!) that he will be fine with this method to get the Cart Narc to fuck off, and even commend the people who did it, which, while not a wholesome chungus take, it would be kind of based.

But no, iDubbbz actually thinks that the Cart Narc SHOULD have had the guy's business unblurred to possibly ruin his livelihood because it was an "overreaction". -- "Here's a perfect time to shame someone, but you don't want their business affected. You don't think someone's LIFE is affected or their MeNtAL HeAlTh is affected..." Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh shut the fuck up

-"You don't think their life is affected but you can have sympathy for the business owner?" I do love when bottom feeding "Content Creator" hipsters have such open contempt for people with jobs. It's great.

-Now he says that he only blurred the business because he didn't want controversy. Because in his mind controversy on the internet can only happen if you have enough money?
