Do trans people ever come after this "@flyinglaywer73" clown? If I wanted to quietly live my life as the opposite sex, I would loathe someone like this. Hell, I'd be yelling at my trans rights organizations to at least try shifting the focus from casting out edgy 14-year-olds who said "that's gay" to casting out grown men who tried to fuck 14-year-olds.

I like your “clown” reference.
In The Greatest Show On Earth there’s a creepy clown called Buttons, played by James Stewart, who never removes his makeup.
The disguise is used because Buttons is wanted by law enforcement because he’s a medical serial killer.
Tony uses the Troon disguise for two things: like Buttons, he uses womanface to deflect people from his notorious and extensive criminal past. The other reason is it bestows on him, and others a cloak of invincibility, especially when dealing with the legal establishment: judiciary, police etc.
Tony doesn’t give a shit about troons, he’s a dangerous narcissist. His blatant posting about his extravagant lifestyle, despite being on benefits shows he’s comfortable the authorities won’t touch him.
Extensive “interaction” with the police, courts and prison gives someone like him an excellent education in how to grift and how those institutions work.
TBH it’s quite impressive that he’s got the audacity to pull this off.

One of the things I meant to say in Null's stream is that the reason that Hayden cannot ever be an official lawyer, is because even if he could secure pupillage or a solicitor's training contract, he would be disbarred by their regulatory bodies by virtue of his convictions for fraud.
I have often wondered whether the 18 complaints to the BSB about Adrian Yalland, and numerous reports about other legal professionals are based upon narcissistic jealousy.
When it comes to his lolsuits, having been subject to 3 of them and seen the pleadings for multiple others, I can say that they are beginning to marginally improve.
He likes to copy rhetorical flourishes and clichés from leading silks as well as copy and paste from claim form to claim form.
One being "driving a coach and horses through". So when Darren Duckworth was handed an injunction banning him from mentioning the child sex conviction, Hayden's subsequent civil claims talked about driving a coach and horses through that judgement, implying it was established law.
The Duckworth injunction only applies to Duckworth. Nobody else is bound. So we have this ridiculous situation whereby the entire internet involved in the transgender debate knows about this conviction, but Darren Duckworth will be in the nick if he mentions it.

As SH can't get a training contract he's using these numerous cases as a learning opportunity and beginning to sharpen up his drafting a bit, even though the claims themselves are hopeless. He loves the advocacy side of it in court and the chance to call a real lawyer "mi learned friend", while waving about the black batwing gown style sleeves.
This is why it's so difficult to apply for vexatious litigant status because he needs several cases to be struck out as entirely without merit. Not simply lost - as in the FET trust which despite being described as 'hopeless' by the judge, does not count as being entirely without merit.
He's able to get a kernel and build it up into something.
Ironically when I said to Surrey police in interview that Hayden was extremely proficient in submitting harassment complaints and knows exactly which buttons to press and phrases to use to get the police to take action, their response was:

The other point I would note about the transgender status is that he hoped it would give him a media USP. Before he was just another loud mouthed opinionated white bloke.
Now he gets a truck more attention as the crusading transgender lawyer sticking up and securing legal victories for the stunning and brave community.
As ever, this post is in the context of discussion about a matter of public interest: namely how individuals in the UK are able to manipulate and abuse the legal system and undermine faith in the police and courts.

I decided to wait until the new year to reveal what is happening with the Stephanie Hayden case.
Many of you know that 2023 was arguably the worst year of my life.
I also tweeted that Stephanie Hayden has decided to sue me.
I received the paperwork when my plane landed on my return from my mothers funeral in South Africa.
My state of mind was not in a good place, and body was also pretty much broken after the accident I had been in, shortly prior.
The timing of the delivery of the court paperwork was designed in my opinion to cause distress - which it did.
I had to request an additional two weeks to submit a defence.
I found and instructed a legal team, who structured a defence and submitted it on time.
A copy was sent to Hayden.
I did not know that the courts had made an administrative error and had not allocated the defence to the correct file.
Consequently Hayden, - knowing I had submitted a defence (having received a copy) realised this error, and applied for a default judgement which was made.
The case has been returned to the judge to be set aside so that the case may continue.
This should be completed imminently.
Naturally all the details are not available on my now public timeline.
My timeline is opened and closed, from time time in line with the threat to my wellbeing.
I am asking for help to cover my legal fees as I have not worked since August last year.
As you all know Trans Activists seek to bring fundraisers down, so instead of fundraising,
Im going to ask you to do something different.
Im asking you to sibscribe to my substack.
By subscribing you are contributing to my legal fight fund.
The initial unpaid fees currently sit at £3000.
I will not ask for more until the bills start to come in again.
I will keep a barometer on the substack so that you can monitor progress.

This case is very different to all the other Hayden cases because I have never engaged directly with Hayden.
It's also different because I reported concerns about Hayden to a police force.
It's interesting that Hayden feels justified in making spurious reports to the police about others, but takes offence when an experienced analyst highlights concerns about Hayden.

I don't get the point of asking for Substack subscriptions when there are crowd funder sites that would NOT take her page down as she claims.
There are plenty of troon-fighting cases on Crowd Justice, where the funds go straight to the solicitors (lawyers), eg. https://www.crowdjustice.com/cases/?filter=free+speech+union,
as well as the TERF-friendly general crowdfunding site Democracy 3 https://democracythree.org/en-gb/campaigns
As well as raising funds to deal with whatever Tone is suing her for she says, "I hope to be able to interview, other litigation victims, different legal experts and leaders in the movements that resist Trans Activism."

I think it's terf fatigue, most of us have been going since like 2016 and it's exhausting.
Labour getting in at the next election might shake things up a bit, if they still plan on making misgendering an aggravated offence and pulling the spousal veto.
