I really hope the fact she brings up breaking his fingers and threatens to it again isn't forgotten. Also there isn't a reason given ad to why she did so and why she'd do it again which is something abusers do.

If there’s unredacted PII in that discord it’s entirely on Max and Spencer, the latter since I assume created the server.

Now since this PII and health records were given voluntarily, no laws have been broken. But it’s the responsibility of whoever’s in control to keep the evidence secure.

There’s a reason why professionals who deal with criminal Justice info (CJI), HIPAA materials, and PII are constantly being retrained about the security of information.

Without powerleveling too hard, if max were in an actual position in society (and not a jobless loser), mishandling evidence like this would get him state and federal charges.

Yeah, report to the appropriate authorities and follow up. Social media vigilantes mostly seem to be low grade people who want to bully some retards and give not a shit about getting bad hombres behind bars and actually prevent it from happening as the grift comes before child safety. MamaMax was one of the more successful, so I hope somehow that fucking voice does something else. Perhaps the midget vigilantes also give up or learn to report, follow up and keep off the stage.

I find it laughable that all these other YouTubers coming out against him had no problem platforming his weird shit as long as his behavior was targeted towards miscellaneous people and his viewers but the minute he harassed them on Discord they all banded together to expose him. Anyone with half a brain could see that the dude is a weirdo after watching a minute of his content. Just more ammo for the fact that YouTubers are all fucking psychopaths.

I say this on a lot of pedo hunting threats but I feel like I need to say it again. The youtubers who "expose" child predators but do not file police reports are just as bad as pedoes themselves. If you can prevent children getting hurt, but don't because it is too much effort, then you are just enabling their behaviour. Now that he confessed to never getting anyone arrested I highly doubt he submitted a single report on any of the degens he exposed. Twitter cancellation won't stop a predator. Only jail will.

Am I the only one who thinks Nexpo claiming "I did voiceovers for his stuff but never watched the finished videos because they were terrible but took his scripts as all the evidence I needed for videos about predators and cults on my own channel" is absolutely ridiculous? You're pretending to be a documentarian, at least pretend to give a shit.

My expectations are not high at all for the "content creators" who've made a career of having a listenable voice and summarizing something they read somewhere about spooky shit, but how tf was Max not called out as fake and gay when he released the Cartoon Incorporated video back in 2020?
