Has anyone posted the Reddit post that chud read on stream today, apparently made by a victim advocate? i would but I'm going to bed now and I don't know where it it. i assume it's somewhere on mamamax subreddit, it's mildly interesting.

Also I think the most interesting bit about that Mamamax "warmup" vid leak from Slug, aside from Max seething that nobody talks about him, is the fact that he keeps asking Slug and his GF "Is this funny?". I get it, not everyone is funny, but the majority of people know what's funny and what isn't. This guy is genuinely autistic / Sperger / whatever, indicated by the fact he has to keep asking if what he's saying is good, imo.

He clearly loves the aesthetics of Hotline Miami, but I don't think he really understands it. The whole message of the franchise is "violence = bad." That the characters blindly chasing revenge, glory or riches gets them trapped in an endless cycle of violence that ultimately destroys all of them. That the reason everyone wears animal masks is a super obvious metaphor for the fact that they're losing their humanity and becoming violent animals. You don't really get any of that from his videos or "films." The pedo-hunters in his short film wear animal masks but there's no symbolism behind it except "it looks cool." If he does understand the message and is incorporating it in his own stuff, it doesn't come across in a way I can tell.

Fittingly enough, the allegories/symbolism of the series come to play in the real life process behind the videos. Where his lust for fame and 'justice' is causing him to act irresponsibly and heinously, and eventually leads to his downfall. Those who don't learn the lessons of history are doomed to repeat it, I guess.

I've only watched a couple of videos updating on the situation but they've been sure to thank Redpagan's dumb ass for getting the leaker into the server to begin with which is great.

Ironically it seems like the closest Max has got to actually catching child abusers is Spencer admitting to recruiting a 13 year old.

Of course Max misunderstands the meaning behind Hotline Miami and co-opts it to fit his narrative. If he were capable of critically evaluating anything he wouldn’t be throwing a shitfit like he is now

Yeah so in regards to that. We didn’t want someone who could leak false information to the public. I am working with a group and my hope was that in sharing my discord that others who may have more information may add me/contact me. In regards to Colton, someone in our group had gave us very much false information about him in a call we had. We were watching Chud’s stream then someone in our group who was tasked with organizing the evidence said that Chud mentioned our pact we had where we wouldn’t leak all the evidence but instead any actual victims would get help from us/others, and we would establish contact with victims first to figure out the fuller situation.

A person in our group went kinda unhinged and was making a bunch of claims about Colton and since we have been dealing with a lot of people trying to snake us, our emotions were high so we believed her without verifying it ourselves. One of our group members who was in contact with Colton would later confirm that this was not indeed the case. Colton is helping this case very much if not doing a lot to make sure this goes right. He is a good guy. We really want to make sure that Spencer does not get away with this shit. We want to make this right but we do not know how to really handle all this attention we have been receiving so it’s a lot especially since we are not used to it. This is not an excuse. But moving forward this will be handled better. If you have any questions or want to reach out, I will gladly respond and help clarify some things.

We have stayed up for 25 hours no sleep organizing the hundreds of screenshots, video, audio and other things we have collected so a form coercive and understandable story of what happened. I am not even shocked Max involved other YouTubers because one man doing this would drive anyone insane. A lot of stuff here and there, some nonsense, some serious stuff. Hundreds of people, YouTubers have reached out to us. I won’t lie and say I was perfect in how I went about this. I wasn’t. But I met people who can help me out with this more and this thankfully won’t be a one man show. Many more things to come.
