Like, with Chris I almost don't blame him for e-begging because people do in fact give him money when he asks. But if no one is donating to Phil I don't get why he even bothers. Like if it is just for attention he could stick to shitposting on FB for minimal attention. Or make a sex tape or some other genuinely insane video that would get him a lot more attention than usual.

Phil assumes he's the center of the universe and when he makes demands the little people are obligated to fulfill them while pampering him and telling him how great he is. That this isn't happening as much as it used to is terrifying him. Not only does it put a crack in his ego, he's too dumb to figure out why this is happening to him. To be honest I think the chimp is going to happen late November or early December if he doesn't get any attention but I honestly cant think of what it will entail at this point - Phil has never been in this position before and anything he does do will be calculated (for him at least) to get the maximum amount of asspats for the minimum ammount of effort or physical danger.
I fully expect it to backfire on him and bring him lot's of unintended consequences and hopefuly for once some real repercussions for his actions but that's just me being optimistic.

Yes and no, he knows he looks masculine but he also thinks it's the little things that give it away like his teeth, stubble etc and not his hair, walk, general body shape and posture etc. But he is also aware that he's odd looking but can't see why he looks odd to other people - it's a real source of frustration to him especially considering how he goes really far to label himself.
I do think he has problems recognising people, Jordman was supposedly in the same room as him for quite a while earlier this year but he didn't recognise him, and combine that with him wanting / needed to slap a descriptive label on everything that kinda makes sense.
