  • 🔧 At about Midnight EST I am going to completely fuck up the site trying to fix something.
I don't understand why you think your work is so goddamned special that you:
A) Watermarked it, as if you're Akira Toriyama (You're not).
B) Tried to market it to a niche website dedicated to making fun of stupid people on the web.
C) Tried to recruit people on fucking Kiwi Farms of all places for your project.
D) Did all the above using a name you attach your real persona to.

If what you've got is so special, then just make the damned thing and upload it to Tumblr or DeviantArt or something. Stop begging other people to make your thing for you and just do it. But from what I've seen, I don't have high hopes for it being mind-blowing.

Well, the art's actually really good. Aesthically pleasing (well, except for the nigger), unlike someone else who barged into this very board with her own art for all to see. Unfortunately, that's the only redeeming thing about your comic.

Your story telling skills are just downright terrible, and your background knowledge is so minimal that the whole thing feels kind of... generic. The panels all look exactly the same -- a static shock of the woman from various distances and completely static in her body language. And in the ones that are different, they're not even showing anything remotely interesting, like the camera was knocked over and is now pointing in the wrong fucking direction, or literally showing nothing at all.

Comic narratives are a dance that requires knowledge, skill, and the willingness to go beyond your comfort zone to have a chance to tell a story that's truly impactful. If anything, it looks like you're just mimicing your favorite mangas (or animes) without understanding the finer nuances and creative decisions that make them so compelling in the first place.

Might I suggest:
Making Comics.jpgWriting for comics.jpg
Or, y'know, reading your favorite mangas with a critical eye to see how they do what they do. Maybe take a few notes while you're doing it.

Getting the vibes this is traced at the bare minimum. the art styles keep changing and on top of that, the plane one looks literally ripped out of an actual publicized manga because the difference in styles is so jarring lmfao.
i dont buy there's multiple "artists" working on this.
I'm guessing they're commissions from different artists. You see it a lot in the OC sphere.

It's not often I actually feel bad for the dipshits who show up here, but by golly I do not envy you.

But you haven’t even seen the story yet. I don’t think I described much from the story despite what to expect from it.

You have trolls?

It doesn't really look like a troll account, it literally just has posts promoting your manga project. What am I missing? Are you just saying this as a deflection?
No they made a fake Facebook page of me and set it up to post everything from other socials I actually use. Who the fuck even still uses Facebook!?

So basically you've just copied Highschool of the dead and made it black and gay

Have you considering going outside and getting a job?
I do have a job but I wish to make writing manga my new occupation.

I have watched Highschool of the dead and just because they did something similar doesn't mean I can’t. The series both start in a high school but that’s where the similarities end.

D
Have you considered starting a youtube channel to promote your grift comic? Maybe a stint as a vtuber?
Do you have any idea how much Vtubing costs?

The premise is fucking boring though. It's Highschool of the Dead but gay. And it's already fucking gay. You just made the main guy a nigger and not a chink
There’s nothing wrong about me making the main character black.

Red mist is a villain from kick-ass. Youll need to change the name to something else like brown spunk
The name isn’t trademarked and I never even heard nor watched the movie to rip it off.

Who are they and how exactly is reposting your promotional posts trolling?
People I shouldn’t have trusted and they used to DM people and say horrid things and the blame would be pushed onto me.

The airport pics are blatantly just photographs with an overlaid filter, a level of "skill" even beneath tracing.
The rest is just a human figure with near empty backdrops. Very doubtful the artist can pull off action shots or group shots worth a damn. Also, why would you have multiple artist for shit as simple as this?
OP should just just learn to draw if he wants to make a comic.

We were experimenting with what we wanted the art style of Red Mist to be.
