Alright. I'm inclined to believe you. Mostly since you are correct in saying that some of the information or screenshots needed to be redacted. Specially since I wouldn't trust someone like Max to not host criminal material on that discord server ever since Max's MEGA was taken down for possibly containing CSAM, bestiality or whatever else was in that MEGA pop up.
Get some rest and don't stress yourself over getting this out quickly. The only ones that benefit from that are faggy YouTubers. This should be taken with the caution it deserves and not be rushed in an attempt to gain clout like some content creators are doing now (What you claim Colton has done). The content will speak for itself regardless of the date or time.

In that dog shit 4 hour interview with Spencer she talks about being able to leave the “cult” extremely easily too (is this the same girl you are referring to?) When I heard that i immediately knew something stunk with her story cause you can’t characterize this as a cult with an aggressively dominant leader who’s victimized “hundreds of children” but then successfully be able to casually say to said leader you want to just call it and bounce. That’s not how actual cults operate.
One hilariously cringe note of this story is Spencer said she left the cult on the 4th of July, Independence Day. Truly corny bullshit. She also downed a bunch of Jell-O shots immediately after leaving Blackula’s wolf den by randomly walking to and crashing someone’s pool party.

Your first mistake was trusting Youtube commentary channels which only care about the leaks, because they want to be the first to report on them. In short, they are grifters which only care about attention and money. Take a break so you don't burn out from this situation and when you come back talk to a mod in DMs so they can verify your information.

That's a lesson learned for you; never trust anything that is remotely a hot topic with youtubers. They're going to want to be able to piece meal the information as long as it remains relevant and make as many streams/videos as possible so they can collect those sweet sweet super chats. The second it isn't a trending topic any longer then they drop it, and you, in a heartbeat. I'm not saying to trust everyone here at the farms or anything so naive, but generally leaked info is handled better here than with the youtube short bus.
As for your concern regarding police reports; as far as I'm aware, at least in America, they are considered public information. While they can contain identifying information, they don't contain anything relevant to an investigation that the public cannot already access freely. I'm not saying that's gospel, just my understanding.
Normally I'd be all for protecting victims identity, but in this instance I'm not buying that there are any victims and I take issue with the entire premise that these "survivors" chose to wait years (on top of Max sitting on the case for years) to seek justice and that their idea of seeking justice was to contact some youtuber and dump all of their info in a discord server so that that youtuber could publicly spit roast the person they are accusing. There is nothing outside of claims and if the claims are being made publicly and I'm expected to believe them, then I need to know who is making the claims. If its some BPD land whale with a penitent for lying and manipulating, well, then I'm just a little less likely to believe it.
Ultimately, its your call what to put out there. I just wanted to explain my thoughts. I have to admit that as I read more, their identity seems less important as the claims themselves are so baseless and unbelievable that I doubt I'd believe them even if they were made by Mother Theresa. It really does seem like a bunch of near autistic RPing and larping.
I'm pretty sure its just a colored gradient background they're using. It just repeats due to the length of the message.

Do you mean the color of the chat bubbles? You can customise Messenger chats e.g. my DMs with my sister are pink. That or they snipped out the excess space of multiple screenshots so it's all one chat bubble.

The main meat of the story seems to be two women, Spencer (Shelby/Cleo/ Prob 4 other names) and some other local Georgia chick dated Cam. They liked played twilight ERP and maybe he wasn’t the nicest boyfriend. Turning into a werewolf got him all rapey but they also like the big bad werewolf act and rape fantasy. So even if he “raped” either chick it’s all tied with their weird supernatural rape fantasy BS and absolutely not anything a prosecutor could make a case out of. “Yes, Cam was my boyfriend, yes I liked to play werewolf rape RP games with him but this one particular time it was real rape not consenual werewolf rape, no it’s not because I’m mad at him I’m making this accusation”
There was one police report in made in GA and the cops found nothing actionable because it’s all wrapped up in hyped up teen drama, exes and role play games.
After Spencer got dumped she seemed to run her own tumblr clan and was beefing with her ex and trying to cause teen Queen drama with girls in Cam’s clan.
It’s all a bunch overwrought teen drama that they hyped into making it spicy with pregnancy and rape accusations because that’s Spencer’s MO. They badly wanted the role play game to be real and were willing to make rape accusation and fake pregnancies to up the drama and realism of their game.
At worst Cam was just a lousy boyfriend with a constant accident and wanted to fuck other chicks. He went along with the confusing werewolf games because it got him laid, but was also probably very confused if he was ever supposed to stop RP with these chicks. If he dropped the werewolf facade it made their panties go dry and he’s suddenly just a bad boyfriend and not a big sexy wolf.
