I first learned about this @Ed Weed guy when I started ignoring him in gen chat because he was annoying. When he noticed I ignored him he would @ me like 10 times a day until I told him to stop @ me and he snapped and did what he's doing now, going on a reddit spacing drug filled angry rampage. He did the same with other members in chat that told him to back off.
