Well yes, the creator has unloaded an entire manga proposal and it is quite an workload to say the least.

At best they may take the words of what the Kiwis here say, at worst they just do nothing and come as they were when they started the thread.

It's funnier than all that. He's on Null's radar so you know our young friend is getting a little noisy. This stretches over a few threads.

dumb, lazy, stinky, weeb obsessed nigger waddles in to pitch some half-baked slip slurp bix nood nigger scribbles without actually reading the whats and wheres he's signing up for. many such cases! sad!
That’s why to me I find the use of a South Korean setting to be fascinating. I have my gripes with Korea, but I do think learning the nuances of Korean culture and even writing about it could be interesting.

I do believe they need to visit their public library and take a crack at reading literature like Naked Lunch.

Every mangaka has written an one-shot or an prototype chapter.
This is very true for a lot of people such as Rei Hiroe, mangaka of Black Lagoon. The character Le Majeur's design is basically 1:1 of a character from an old doujinshi he did.

Tatsuki Fujimoto, the mangaka behind Chainsaw Man has done plenty of one-shots, with a lot of the designs or character concepts seemingly ending up as Chainsaw Man characters - for example his one shot "Sasaki Has Stopped the Bullet" has a female character, Kawaguchi whose design was seemingly tweaked and mixed with the personality of the character Toshihide from "When I woke up, I had become a girl disease" into being Kobeni from CSM. Nayuta is also another example but she is literally the same character from "Nayuta of Prophecy"

It's not a bad idea to make prototypes or small stories, tweaking your character ideas and seeing what does and doesn't work and maybe combining some of those aspects to make a more likeable and thought out character.

Read Bakuman, the manga about making manga made by the same people who made Death Note. They don't commission random artists on the internet. They do everything themselves, from scripting to storyboarding to illustrating. They make one-shots to determine the popularity of ideas. And they're Japanese, unlike you who will always be a gaijin nigger who will never be accepted anywhere near Jump. If you're afraid of your ideas being stolen it's clear your execution is too weak to stand for itself.

Also I want to ask what research you've done on Korea? Why is it Korea besides you liking Train to Busan? That movie takes place in Korea as critique of Korea's society and its ills. If most of the characters are Americans who are gay or black then there's no point in having it be in Korea.

Personally since you’re in California, I think it would be interesting to see a story set in somewhere like Anaheim, San Diego, or even Oakland. Retrofit the story. Shoot considering it would be in Cali, I do think your premise would work better in California than it does Korea.

Your story could a critique of California, @Monostar Leatherknuckles

My other suggestion is write one-shots or short story mangas/comics. Have an anthology of short stories.

He did a kickstarter too at one point if it hasn't been caught yet
Honestly that’s a bad idea.

Have a finished product or an 50% complete product first before you make the kickstarter. This is where having a prototype or an early version helps.

He has some stuff that I think wasn't posted in the thread yet

Looks like it really hasn't gotten further than this
This might sound weird coming from me, but I think it would be wise for them to learn shot/panel composition. Even studying a little bit of cinematography and just learning the basics of making interesting compositions.

I still think it's a jilted commission artist trying to get a mob on Nigga-sama here, probably the one that drew those nicer looking panels. If I had a facebook account I'd ask the actual dude if this is really him.
I did research a bit but I mainly forgot about my other socials that I haven’t touched in a while.
He admits in the Easy to Track Username Hall of Fame that at the bare minimum everything else is in fact him. It still makes no sense the Facebook is set up by a troll yet has no activity and only posted links to his fundraiser tbh.

Shit bro we didn't even pay 10 dollars

Niggy-kun I don't think a single volume of manga is worth 50 bucks

His twitter is pretty dead too tbh, he might be more active on Discord. Kickstarter says that the manga is made by the "Red Mist Society" so I suppose that's his group of enslaved artists

Unless it’s like a thick several hundred chapter graphic novel, that price is not justified. Look up the prices for an average manga volume in Japan. Don’t forget to factor in shipping and you need to find an printing house that’s willing to work to your specifications.

I’m guessing that’s their equivalent to an “Committee” system like how some animes have (which funny enough only happens with anime, not mangas.)

I’m going to be honest, this thread has been relatively enjoyable. I do like talking about creative subjects like this.
It's a shame he isn't really answering our questions or addressing our points, but that might be because of the Fresh Meat message approval time. Talking about creative stuff is fun though.

All it took was a nigger to bring out some legitimate creative advice, who woulda thought?
Really though, what this guy wants to achieve is unrealistic in his current state. I can only hope homie gleams some common sense from what's been stated to him.

Personally I would point him to the direction of art tutorials by YouTube channels like Proko or other comics oriented tutorial channels. Despite what weebs say, the basics of manga and comics are the same.

I like talking about subjects like creating comics like this because it gets me thinking quite a lot about the things I’ve learned on the time I have been on the boundless realm that is the information superhighway.

I hate to say it, but I almost feel bad for our little niggersperg. On one hand, this absolutely reeks of gayops. It's far too... blatant. Authentic retarded opsec fail signups from ignorant newfags do happen pretty frequently, but this one just feels manufactured to me. For fuck's sake, he used a drawing of himself in cosplay as his avatar. It's too stupid. On the other, it also could be very real and if he did sign up here ignoring the registration warning then he's completely earned this treatment. For the purposes of this post, I'm going to assume this is real and that OP is indeed who he claims to be.

@Monostar Leatherknuckles I'm going to give you the best advice you're going to get here; log off now before it gets worse. It doesn't seem like you fully grasp the point of this site. We have anime discussion threads, but we are not a Discord server dedicated to weebshit. This is a gossip site that enjoys observing, doxing and mocking eccentric individuals online, and you're looking pretty fucking eccentric. This site has a very toxic reputation. Our Wikipedia page (falsely) blames us for 3 suicides. Very few people will look upon you kindly if they discover you've registered to it, especially the kinds of people that populate the circles you run in (anime Discord/Amino servers). You've already got your personal accounts and pictures of your face and high school senior class archived here. If I were you, I'd make one last post where I admitted to misunderstanding what this site was for, then apologized for showing up and logged out, never to return. This is the only good option. Trust me, I've been here long enough to see what happens when people like you continue to post and beg people to remove your face pictures. It is only going to get worse for you. Leave and do not return, or stay and prepare for your dirty laundry to get aired to the world.

and stop wearing cosplays to school my nigga holy shit thats autistic

Also to add to that,

@Monostar Leatherknuckles , read works by Hunter S. Thompson. Read anything interesting that’s on Internet Archive. Shoot even get yourself an art book there too.
