This is something a woman would have to review with a clear head in the morning, and likely Tay wont even remember half of the events that happened. Most rape cases aren't some asshole in central park nabbing a jogger, its dubious consent with the woman being put into an altered mental state where she can't reason what is best for her. Tay was so drunk that she couldn't even talk straight. She was drunk even before they went up into Bedroom 3, by the time Frank started making moves by grabbing her hand she was fully mentally incapacitated and just rambling along with the conversation being presented to her, doing whatever the peer pressure asked of her.

Out of all the fuck ups this season, this is the big one. This is the one that could potentially lead to a civil suit against the wiggers and/or criminal charges filed against Frank. I cannot stress enough the gravity of the situation, this is a very serious fuck up. As for the parties involved, Frank is a fatfuck that weighs at least 300lbs and Tay is a scrawny woman that weighs maybe 110lbs. She drank way more thank Frank and was way more fucked up.

This is brand damaging stuff and they plan on using a professional casting company for Season 3. Having your show be associated with sexual assault probably doesn't look good to the prospective companies the wiggers want to use. From a business standpoint, even without lawsuits or criminal cases, this could jeopardize their plans going forward; investors pulling out, third party companies refusing to work with them, difficulty finding non-fan contestants (and at this point maybe even fan contestants), permitting issues, etc etc. Then there's a certain pillhead a-log that sure as hell will start using this incident against them. That they're not jumping on this shit asap, shows that the wiggers are not smart or serious.

The problem with this scenario and the people in the room is that this started as a "Truth or Dare" game and Frank was playing the "dares" initially for small innocuous stuff like 'Kiss me on my cheek' while she was buzzed or slightly drunk, and as she kept getting plied drinks it quickly ratcheted up to where he was draping his arm around her, holding her hand, making her call him her husband, having her talking shit about her fans, asking her sexual questions, and asking her to take her underwear off. This is when Cowboy came in and yanked her out of the situation. After she was yanked the whole thing instantly ended as the peer pressure was gone. She started vomiting up the alcohol she consumed and was sent back downstairs and flopped onto a mattress where she realized that she was being fucked with the whole time while vomiting into a pot.

The people present are not really paying attention to how fucked the situation has become because all they see is some cutesy flirting nonsense instead of a girl being fed so much alcohol she cannot process or resist what is going on, it progressed over time so they didn't really get a good grasp of what is happening. When Tay was in the lounge and sober she was very much against kissing anyone during a dare or engaging in any sort of relationship with someone on the show during the whole run. She was asked to kiss Trish by Frank and she took a full minute of refusal and eventually both mutually agreed to just let it happen and it was a quick peck on the cheek thing that Tay did on Trish with an extreme amount of annoyance.

It was a perfect confluence of fucked events, most of the production staff was painting the house so nobody was really minding the shop until Cowboy intervened.
