Nobody in that room consumed anywhere near as much as Tay did. Greg was drunk before the game even began so he doesn't really count. Trish TJ and Shinji hardly consumed anything the whole Truth or Dare game because Tay kept getting picked over and over, and Oliver maybe took like one or two shots on his own initiative when in B3. The only two that were drunk aside from Tay was Frank and Greg, Greg was already drunk and left for most of the B3 time going off to sleep in B2. The rest were decidedly sober.

For what it's worth, the argument isn't about Frank being a rapist or whatever, it's about legal liability. It was just a kiss, which is probably meaningless to most people, even if you're forced, in the context of a "hell house." The problem for Fishtank and/or Frank is that the laws around sexual assault don't have exceptions for hell house game shows. Maybe Tay would never consider pressing charges, but at this point she could, and she would probably win in court. Even if Sam and co. can get her to say on camera that it was fine, she'd still be able to say that she was coerced with the prize money.
At this point, off the top of my head, her and Shinji both have cases to press charges against Frank. Maybe they won't, but if Sam has any brains at all they will not let him on Season 3 if there's even a single normy fame-crazed contestant who would sue over nothing for clout. Consider if this had happened to Summer, she would 100% press charges.
If they make it out of this season without at least one lawsuit, it'll be pure luck and/or bribery.

I doubt Tay will do anything because she's young, is a fan of the show, and would have to deal with the fallout from batshit fish tank fans that would no doubt harass her if she complained. Most likely what will happen is after she's sobered up she will get a talking to and pressed to either never speak of this again or to make a statement about how everything is fine and that she totally likes Frank.
I know some people on KF will say that women lie and cry sexual assault all of the time for attention, but in reality that just isn't true, it only seems true on KF because of the nature of lolcows. Most women never say anything because they don't want to cause a fuss or be told they're overreacting. Tay would have every right to complain but I really feel like she won't.

Yeah, she might have been completely fine at the time, but after the show ends when she looks back on it she might decide for whatever reason to press charges, and what happened meets the legal definition of sexual assault. Considering how Summer, Jimmy, Megan, Jon, etc. all act about the show after they were off of it, I wouldn't be surprised if she does, especially if she doesn't win.
Again, I don't think a kiss is a particularly terrible thing to happen to her, but it sets them up for more legal liability than anything else that's happened on either season.
