Ben Shapiro is a retard, don't get me wrong, but this Kathleen Kennedy simping is ridiculous. Every normal non leftist or even the most normie mild Star Wars fan knows that Star Wars has been total garbage under Kathleen and modern Disney.

Even the great Stephen Spielberg himself said that Kathleen was only good for bringing him coffee, she was basically a secretary who had almost no influence on the film's content.

Kathleen Kennedy as I understand it, was basically an aid for Spielberg and Lucas in the seventies and she worked her way up the corporate ladder. She had no role in the creation or production of Spielberg's movies that I'm aware of-beyond maybe serving coffee.

Even without the “wokeness” or the discourse surrounding Rey, Disney has been fumbling the bag. They turned something special into “just another IP” in under a decade, and I have to wonder just how many SW projects have been announced only to end up in development hell, have a change in directors, or just get straight up canceled since the acquisition.

If anything, I think Ben could have an argument to go after Kathleen if he ever bothered to take the films he produces like Lady Ballers out of his Daily Wire+ bunker and give them a wider release.

Per Jurassic park interviews the only reason they were able to get everyone and a majority of the equipment out of the way of a massive storm is because of Kathleen Kennedy. Multiple people cite her as the one securing flights and clearing the red tape to make sure people weren’t left behind, and the vast majority of the set they abandoned was destroyed. I think with Spielberg’s company she was a heavy lifter in terms of logistics and a people person.

That doesn’t translate to you being a good ideas person though.
