There was a hole in the bathroom at Hell House. It formed right before they moved to La Casa. Polissa never specified that she fell through that one, just that it made using the bathroom difficult. The only hole location in La Casa she's confirmed was one in the bedroom by Joh. Although if she made three holes herself by her own admission, I can't see how the bathroom wouldn't be one of them.

I saw that you found the pictures while I was making this post. The most recent ones aren't much better. Maybe he's showering more because he's still at his job of the week as far as I know, but his upkeep (particularly of his beard and glasses) is shite.

For those that have cervix removal, some ob/gyns will still advise vaginal vault smears, but most say no need. That doesn’t mean that internal exams won’t ever be be needed again though, because chances are they will.

Polissa is just scaremongering about cervix removal. Prolapses can happen even before hysterectomy, so regardless of whether the cervix is there or not. Obesity is a major factor in prolapse development, along with multiple pregnancies, especially if delivered vaginally. The six weeks post surgical abstinence is because hysterectomies are major surgeries and can be extremely painful and debilitating.

She had a total hysterectomy, which removes the cervix too (and that's how the vaginal cuff is formed). She's mentioned regularly pissing herself and other complications because she didn't heal well from it. Most women that get pap smears post hysterectomy already had a cancer history, although vaginal smears are common post-op regardless of removal reason. That's what she probably got. It's either that or Polly not actually knowing what surgery she got.
