You're 100% correct. I should have phrased it better.
Winning a case against jackie means nothing because 1) she can't pay you 2) she's a nobody who's clearly retarded so a win means nothing and 3) presumably 75k would be needed (again) just to bring a case forward.
Epik is a different matter as their name holds a little weight, plus they're in the industry that's actively harming the farms.
