“Barbara Ann” was a minor hit for The Regents in 1961. The Beach Boys covered it and scored a major hit with it in ‘65. When “American Graffiti” came out in ‘73 the OG Regents version was on the soundtrack and had a bit of renaissance. Vince Vance and the Valiants released their parody version “Bomb Iran” in 1980, and John McCain famously referenced the Valiants parody version during his presidential campaign in ‘07It's not actually a Beach Boys song, it's a Vince Vance & The Valiants song. Kind of. I don't think they wrote the lyrics.
If I'm not mistaken, there was someone unfriendly to Trump in the room and said that he was referring to the generals in WW1 and not the soldiers.
John Kerry was a joke of a candidate but honestly it all seems we could laugh about it together at the end of the day most of the time. I wasn't eligible but fairly close so I was kinda pissed but in retrospect most young voters just imitate their parents so I dunno if it would have really mattered.I can't replay to AnitaSarsleezian but this should summon him to the video he described.
2004 was the first year I was eligible to vote. All the political humor, the commentary, the sperging -It all seems so innocent then compared to what it is now.
The average American can't afford food or rent, but there's always money for Big Pharma and EV companies. Can the power grid even handle this new influx of automotive necessity?
Did you ever hear any of the stuff put out by RX? He did some bit called The Party Party. Remixed a lot of poltical news and speeches into music.John Kerry was a joke of a candidate but honestly it all seems we could laugh about it together at the end of the day most of the time. Used to love this video by the way. Now it just makes me sad.

I'm starting to get the sense that Joe Biden's dementia tantrums are getting worse. If the encounter with Obama and Joe Biden is true, meaning Biden blew up, it could be an explanation to some of the erratic policy we've been getting as of late. I'd wager people close to the President are leveraging these outburst to selectively justify decisions, the strings for the puppeteers. Could also be nothing, but I wonder none the less.
On the other hand, the termites are already in the walls of America and there already are cracks forming.Keep in mind the bottom falling out caused the Soviet union to fall apart so does Yugoslavia. Many of the countries needed 10+ years to recover npt to mention intermittent conflicts. Those 10+ years are pstd inducing suffering and misery that has scarred everyone and caused massive life loss and drop in life expectancy plus fertility rates and population that Russia tries to make up for today. You don't have that much young population either just 55+ category dying out will wipe out third of the population not to mention like 10% they need medication to live. Or the 20-30 % who are foreign borned or born to foreign parents and have ties to other countries that they can move to.
USA and Europe having bottom falling out is literally depopulation, misery and destruction on scale not seen before plus you never know how the chips will fall down you might be in for a protracted civil war .
Bottom line be careful what you wish for
No surprise there, Biden hardly is in control of anything. I'm surprised they let him even talk as much as he does now.I'm starting to get the sense that Joe Biden's dementia tantrums are getting worse. I haven't heard much about these but that's okay I was once a commie retard too, except now I'm not but it wasn't for very long anyway.Did you ever hear any of the stuff put out by RX? He did some bit called The Party Party. Remixed a lot of poltical news and speeches into music.
I found out some years later that the guy who made this was some textbook commie retard, so the fun in the music got lost. Seems to be quite the time capsule when I listen to it. Again, sounds so innocent in comparison to today.
See, back then I could see it being something someone did for shits and giggles. Maybe there was more behind it, but I can't really say. Nowadays something like that would obviously be paid for to an influencer or stool Pidgeon by some DNC-shit-eating NGO or advocacy group to brainwash mothers into cutting off their son's balls.
I'm surprised anyone remembers who he is, hell we got people born after 9/11 who can legally go to bars now.You know, there’s something vaguely infuriating about realizing you still buy into the Bushite horseshit.
I can't believe they're still trying to push him through despite everything. It's like trying to win a street race by towing your defunct auto across the finish line.I'm starting to get the sense that Joe Biden's dementia tantrums are getting worse. This is true for movie celebs only because movie celebs are quite useless and disposable. At best a tiny fraction of their fans who makes it to a movie premiere can take a 2 second pic with them. These journalists are fucking delusional. We're literally in an age where Hollywood studios openly attack fans for not giving a fuck about their hugely overpriced "stars", as nobody watches a film for the lead actor anymore. That shit died off by the mid-90's, when even Arnold stopped being a draw and most of the old British actors aged out of starring roles. The closest thing we have to a film star today is Tom Cruise, and even he's not a box office guarantee.
Celebrity power is weaker today than any time in probably the last century. There's just too damned many celebrities now, every asshole Youtuber and Instagram "influencer" and Twitch Thot is a celebrity now, all of them hocking some product or show or shitty political message. Whatever power there still is in celebrity, it is diluted as all hell.
None of their "voices" resonate with anyone. A bunch of leading MCU actors endorsed Hillary, at the fucking height of the most successful, influential film series in history, that was routinely making a $1 billion a film, and it did nothing.

They would choose someone else but DOCTOR Jill Biden refuses to take the fucking hint.I can't believe they're still trying to push him through despite everything. It's like trying to win a street race by towing your defunct auto across the finish line.
Swift has more of an impact than the singer. Is it odd that when I hear of Taylor Swift, I tend to think about the move swift in Pokemon?
Oh man, I haven't seen that in forever! That has some serious internet 1.0 feels to it. Even now I was laughing through the whole thing - there's so much funny shit in it and it's such a time capsule. The reference to Clinton's womanizing. It even had that crazy Howard Dean scream. It's so bizarre now to think politics were so tame back then that that scream is still being blamed for ending his run. Meanwhile now we have Nikki Haley giving victory speeches every time she loses and no one bats an eye.I can't replay to AnitaSarsleezian but this should summon him to the video he described.

This is someone my mom’s age. Talking about how we need boots on the ground in Yemen over those two poor fuckers involved in the drone strike in… Jordan I think.I'm surprised anyone remembers who he is, hell we got people born after 9/11 who can legally go to bars now.
