Yes, but there is one thing when someone comes in and just wants a nose job and the doctor knows he can work with the patient to set expectations of what the result will be.
But in this case the doctor reqlized it was an insame troon that wanted the entire cranium to be re-sculpted and, even more importantly, that no matter the outcome the tranny would never be satisfied with the result and be a multi-year menace to the doctor and his clinic.

If you are a plastic surgeon I imagine that you quickly learn what kind of patient can just never be satisfied with the result and would become a never ending nightmare of harassment and complaints. And you just learn to quickly send them to some other doctor.

My thoughts on the situation with the doctor reminds me of the opening scenes in "What About Bob".

Truthfully, there's not a 100% right answer to the question, because the word "woman" is a word we use to convey a commonly understood concept to others. It's a fucking word. Your answer to the question really just measures how you perceive the concept of the word itself. I would say it's an adult female human, but I'm sure there are some holes you can poke in my answer, or anyone else's answer. "Buhhh so if she doesn't have XX chromosomes or can't get pregnant she's not a woman?" Nigger please.

I disagree. There is a 100% answer to the question. The answer is what you just said, an adult human female. A female is classified as the sex that carries the larger gamete in reproduction, the ovum. They'll always bring up stupid, irrelevant shit like chromosomal defects or infertility, but it doesn't invalidate the classification.

It's the stupid semantics game they play, but they know it's retarded and nonsensical. For instance, one of the defining features of a car is having the ability to drive. That's literally what a car is made to do. You turn on the engine, push the pedal, and it moves. However, there are plenty of cars that, for whatever reason, cannot drive. A part is broken, or it's out of gas, or the starter won't work, you get the idea. However, the car not functioning as intended doesn't magically transform it into a new creation. We don't say "well, cars are supposed to drive, but this thing doesn't drive, therefore it isn't a car, hurr durr." It's still a car, it's just a broken car. Something has gone wrong to prevent the car from doing what it's supposed to do.

Humans are the same way, as I pointed out in an earlier post. A female is defined as the sex responsible for giving birth and getting pregnant, however, as with cars, sometimes the necessary parts don't do what they're supposed to do. There's a chromosomal defect, there's some medical problem, there's infertility, and all the rest. Just like the car, we don't say "well, women are supposed to get pregnant, but this human can't, so I guess it's not a woman," because that's retarded. That person is still a woman, she is just a broken woman, in the strictest sense of the word. Some part somewhere is not functioning as it is supposed to. She doesn't magically become some new sex or creature, she's just a woman with broken parts.

ETA: To steal a point from Matt Walsh, the woman not being able to get pregnant is only further evidence that she is a woman, because if she is not able to get pregnant, then you know something is wrong, because you know she's supposed to get pregnant. If a woman goes to the doctor and says "doctor, I've been trying with my husband for a whole month and I can't get pregnant," that immediately tells the doctor something is wrong, and the doctor will perform tests and figure out the problem. You know she is a woman because she's supposed to be able to get pregnant, she isn't able to get pregnant, and that tells you there's a problem. If I, as a man with a penis and testicles, went to the doctor and said "help, I can't get pregnant," the doctor will look at me like I'm a crazy person. The doctor will say "well, duh, of course you can't get pregnant, you're not a woman. You're not supposed to get pregnant."

Considering FTMs commonly deal with vaginal atrophy, a bladder hemorage is very possible, the brown(?) color could indeed be blood mixing with yellow piss, so probably the suction wasn't just on their clit, but effectively sucking inside their bladder through their urethra like a straw in a Capri sun til it caused damage, basically going through barotrauma. Would explain the need to piss, if you are bleeding out in your bladder, you couldn't really "satisfy" your bladder since it keeps filling with blood, plus if the bladder / urethra tissue was damaged, that wouldn't help.

the part that scares me is, I've had a kidney stone, and pissed blood a little, and pissing blood IS NOT brown in my experience, its more a red gold / crimson, I'd never define it as brown, so unless they are autistic and call that brown, I don't want to think about what else it could be.
