BACKGROUND: I'm a big lurker and sometimes poster here, so I feel like I won't get shit on for asking you all for some help compiling info. Not huge lists of shit like the best of you are good at, just one thing that's actually serious. The better information I give them, the better I will get back. Please assist with my op. A straight op, not a gay one.
OPERATION TRY TO VERIFY ANY OF SUMMER'S STORY
I've heard the voicemails, watched a couple of her lives, saw her give interviews to some cartoon youtuber (which is an identity similarly in cringe to a furry), and saw her interviewed (kid gloves, unfortunately) by Turkey Tom.
Stuff she's put on the record: As most everyone knows, she claims to have been "SA'd" by at least one of the fishtank boys. At some point she specifically said by name that she was accusing Sam Hyde, but it sounded like she was alluding to more.
She also said she was "SA'd" by a doctor or nurse at Kent Hospital. She also implied they gave her a rape kit but made it unusable or lost it. Similar story with a drug test, they allegedly left it at room temperature for way too long in an attempt to throw the results.
Trying to keep this short as its about me, I used room temperature piss for 3 consecutive monthly GC-MS drug tests, and never even got flagged. So, I dunno what she's claiming that the point was, but a couple hours sitting out wouldn't change a whole lot. Or maybe my lab is fucking retarded, but her drug test claim was a big red flag to me.
Ok, its still gonna be way long, and there's more that she's said, so I'll give the one that ties this together and move on. She stated that the RI State Police made contact with Sam and Jet and questioned them. Then blah blah and she's not speaking anymore on advice of legal counsel and cause an active case is open.
Information I need for the public records official:
I've talked to RIDPS Legal, and they will give me any info legally available to me "if the record is releasable, in whole or in part (redacted)".
From my understanding through talking to them and booklets I've read, these APRA requests cannot cause interfere with an investigation.. so thats where I possibly see difficulty getting all the info, cause they may have legit reasons for redactions or refusals to reply if there's an open criminal case. But if that happens, I guess what they won't say could be as important as what they wiil.
HOW YOU CAN HELP
The police told me if "a report number is not known,
please provide the name of involved party and type of matter with approximate date.
You may also specify any particular involvement, if you wish.". So, 3 main things... Her name, the matter type, and the date. Then they go into possible reasons they'd say no or redact stuff again.
So I know she has at least used the name "Nicole Summer Pelkey" according to records from Butler, BUT she also immediately claims that they switched her first and middle name while she was there to hide her or something... So maybe she's really "Summer Nicole Pelkey". I wanna make 100% sure I have the complaintant's name right so I don't get denied off some silly shit. I don't care what it's from, but I'd like to have her true full name
The matter is obviously rape and later sexual assault, according to her. Any advice on what to say here or how to frame the allegations is appreciated.
The date is tough too. As far as leaving the show, I think that's 12/27. The hospital papers also list 12/27 as visit daye, but this is where I get lost. Do any locals know if the two are under the same company? I know in my area, I could get admitted to Hospital 'A', and have it decided that Hospital 'B' in the same "health system" is more equipped to help, transfer me, and when I leave, the dates in mt discharge papers wouldn't be specific to 'A' or 'B', only.when I first entered 'X Health System' and when I checked out. The chart and insurance claim would say more, but we aren't getting that!
The paperwork from Butler says admission was 12/27. She claims she was also at Kent. The paperwork mentions an admission on 1/2, so that may be when she transferred there, but I can't be guessing. It also looks like declined something called Advance Directives on 12/28 (totally depends on my photoshop skill, its hard to see the numbers).
The most important dates, I guess, are when the alleged action occured each time, when she left the house, what days she was at each facility, what days she talked to the cops, and when she finally left there and went home... But anything you have for a visual timeline would be great.
For any info you give, please try to document it or say how you know it. I failed miserably at not writing way too much, so left a lot of hearsay out. If there is anything I didn't mention that you think is important not to forget, please send it. I'd rather edit down a ton of notes than have none.
And, again, thanks in advance to anyone who helps. I hate fake allegations like this, and having the RIDPS say it's bullshit would be a nice thing to have for posting. To anyone who has anything negative to say, I'd just like to call you mean, point out that you're going after the autistic guy and a freeloader, which is against the rules, and demand that you stop gaslighting me.
