This assumes there is no LEO called Larry Fink who could implement the reason the threat was made.
While people have theories about the torswats version who put up 'free Jackie swats!' with it's a government honeypot, it's a Jackie LARP, the torswats existence posting after arrest shows there is a group I just got in a pack of occam branded blades and what they have shown is:
Trolling. Stupid trolling of 'free jackie swat' and now the CEO of a VERY large firm getting a threat is the kind of thing a DA would drag you ass in front of a judge over thus making it stupid. Some will find it funny - like the troll.
Jackie LARPing for 'free Jackie swats' - meh, whatever. She wasted some investigators time. Adding Patrick? That can get a DA to have Jackie ride the ride.
But adding blackrock CEO or if that is an LEO? That's right up there with swatting a congressperson as there isn't a "Oh, it is MTG" exception in statutes.
And while a streamer or 2 can hire a PI - the CEO of Blackrock has
an actual team. The various elements of LEO will work with them as needed along with the strong odds part of that team are retired spooks who can use back channels.
If it is not a "troll":
A great way to frame someone else tied to the arrested torswats but you'd have to have backdoor access in some way to the infrastructure of the person you want to frame. With such a threat to CEO/LEO that cowbin server will be gone over with a fine tooth comb and petty ante crimes on that server will get rolled up hoping they can roll over on the other parties there. Other watering holes for members of that server will be targets for a CEO team as that's a fine billable item for them,. LEO might move on far faster if the threat is VS just an LEO.
