I personally think it's a combination of factors, including daddy/general parental issues and Cherie wanting to be an eternal child, as well as her identifying with Wogglebug because they're both dumb as hell and think they're infallible geniuses. I do think there's a sexual aspect to it, but that Cherie may be too retarded/repressed to realize it.

I'm not sure why people are surprised they haven't gotten their plushies. I doubt she makes even close to a hundred orders per pre-order sessions and consistently puts them magically on sale for $5 for most of it. She either never makes the minimum order amount or she sells them for so cheap she can't afford to actually have them produced at whatever price they quote her per unit.
