Judge Chupp has re-ruled on the awards for Monica Rial and Ron Toye and Vic now owes $376,592.93 in total to those two defendants.
>ChuppAm I retarded for presuming there are going to be accompanying documents later on where Chupp explains how he reached these numbers?
Let's just be honest, this is how it was always going to end. Ty Beard was so incompetent with his legal malpractice that the case was unsalvageable. This was obvious back in September 2019 to the people who moved on back then and it was obvious to KickVic who will always lie about what happened with the lawsuit, because who can actually stop them at this point? No one. They won. What a sickening end. Having to financially reward the very scum who ruined his life.
Man should have just paid the $100K and forgotten about the whole thing.UPDATE
Judge Chupp has re-ruled on the awards for Monica Rial and Ron Toye and Vic now owes $376,592.93 in total to those two defendants.
Vic previously owed them $100,000 before he appealed.
Jump in front of a freight train. Also poor vic. Damn. Not true, darling. Judge Chupp didn't decide that. Vic did.
Vic settled with Monica and Ron. He agreed to pay them and Sean Lemoine almost $400,000 at 18% interest. He couldn't even negotiate an NDA out of them.
Funimation and Jamie Marchi are still to come.
This is why you don't sue for hurt feelings and culture wars, poppets. Told you so.
PS. Please don't tell Josh, though. He deserves to learn this lesson the hard way.
It was a great decision… for his buddy Ty.That was a great decision.
