The biggest hurdle Vic's case had was getting his legal referral from a non-practicing lawyer. I'm cautiously optimistic Null will at least avoid stumbling out the gate that hard. Besides, I was just going to spend the money I donated on drinks anyway.

Yeah, I know Chupp had his moments too, but Ty promised this and then played fast and loose with things like submission dates and notary stamps. You don't get to pick your judge. They are assigned by the clerk's computer system. You ARE in control of your own filings though, and Ty blew it in several key respects when it came to those. Utter fucking incompetence.

Ty should be, at a minimum, censured for this shit. I won't outright say disbarred, because that's reserved for the most extreme of lawyer misconduct.

But if he had any decency, he'd make up the difference in Vic's legal bills.

This is just awful. The worst part is it's not "over". Just second to that is that KickVic gets to lie about the facts and just how Vic lost till the end of time. Weeb Wars is what really made me fall in love with the site.

With more distance from the actual event, Ty's conduct becomes more and more mind-boggling. What a fucking joke he was.
