It’s almost like becoming trans is the result of a psychological break? But it couldn’t be a mental illness or some sort of insanity right?
Trans comes from many different reasons. Which is why the affirming care model is broken. As it assumes one cause and applies the one approach. So many people get the wrong care they need and think they're trans.
I'm sure plenty of people suffered plenty of issues during the pandemic. Got new ones. Others got worse. Fear. Isolation. Unhappiness. Lack of direction in life and any number of things. I could write a long list.
Over a longer period than we think, people have been sliding more and more into echo chambers and certain progressive ones have been laying the foundation for people within them to not question gender ideology. They just accept it uncritically. Trained that anything other is wrong and a bad person. This has also gone to a general worldview that on some level isn't based on how they understand objective fact.
I know people who teach some of this gender crap in higher education. They've expressed their frustration that some students get it and others just don't. Basically, students not on board don't think it makes sense and the teachers can't convince them. Or students just accept it. Completely different world views.
The pandemic increased polarisation and people probably got super concentrated into more extreme echo chambers. With all the focus on trans these days. Maybe a gender-affirming care explanation was coming to the forefront of not being happy in your life. So much pushing of examples of trans people living their authentic lives. People started to think maybe that was what their issue was. It also deals with it in a way thate takes no self-responsibility. It's society's fault.
So much of the trans propaganda is trans people acting super fake happy talking about how amazing it is to be their authentic self. So people with issues have been trained to think, "yas qween" and support all things trans. That they then wonder if this is that's wrong with them. Saw it as a way to reinvent their life to be happier. It then gives them a purpose and a goal. To transition. As opposed to just continuing in their miserable life.
Also too much porn.
Anyway, I'm no expert just random thoughts about what may be going on broadly and loosely. We know at the end of the day from detransitioners, they were convinced this was the answer to their issues. It wasn't. I'm sure that's going on within the larger culture of society as the Trans cult gets pushed for and more places. Especially in echo chambers. We've all seen countless examples of how extreme trans everything some are.
So year TL/DR maybe affirmation care is seeping into society for progressive woke people as an answer to unhappiness. People are unhappy and their online chambers make them think they're trans. Unhappy, you must really be trans. That's why you're unhappy. Then if things don't get better. Not your fault. It's societies.
