Basically what @Thiletonomics said. They want to kill off the characters we loved since childhood and replace them with "queer anti-heroes". This is because the likes of the Suicide Squad are the perfect agents of the "Revolution". They are selfish, queer, feminist, and destructive. The perfect agents to destroy the capitalist, patriarchal society of the West. You see this a lot in universities today in that the communist professors encourages their students worse aspects. A society with no morals that confuses evil for good and good for evil is one that is easy to conquer and influence.

WB blew their load on this game. They are such delusional retards that they thought this game would be the next Fortnite and that everyone would be clamoring for more Harley Quinn and friends. As such they pissed most of their money on this game. Meanwhile, the game they wrote off (Hogwarts Legacy) and were willing to let it and its brand die ended up outselling Call of Duty and being the highest grossing game of the year. When WB makes money it is by accident. This game failing is going to massively hurt WB and may even kill the Suicide Squad as a brand to which, I say, good riddance.

This makes a lot more sense. I always assumed they were called the "Suicide Squad" because of the bombs in their necks. But the fact that they were going on a "suicide mission" gives more weight to the name. I also like the idea that these missions are top secret. Meaning the reason the JLA wouldn't be doing anything is because they wouldn't even know.

Basically most of my college educators had that mindset. The entire idea is that, somehow, we learn how to write propaganda and when people read it, they're just (somehow) compelled to change on a fundamental level. Like, your college professors actually believe this is how you change hearts and minds--you just inject your thoughts and feelings through art and that will just cause people to shift their behaviors on a whim.

This is why calling it "propaganda" is wholly and utterly appropriate. These people aren't trying to write good stories to inspire the masses, they are trying to compel you to think in a manner that adheres with their personal philosophies.

This is the kind of mindset fostered by people who don't spend a lot of time outside their bubbles. They haven't gone to boot camp or worked a 9 to 5 job in a break-neck industry. They don't know how the real world works or how real people work. They just think everyone outside their bubble are sheep and need to listen and obey to their self-ascribed wisdom and intelligence.
