I find it absolutely hilarious how the tables have turned concerning Nick and Ty. For the past couple of years it was nothing but dick riding for these two chucklefucks and wishful thinking on every board concerning this shit show.

"It's a slam dunk case!" everyone thought. "Trust me, bro. Vic just needs to appeal" people said.

Now Vic is neck deep in debt because of these two idiots, with Ty off doing who knows what and Nick getting rich off of superchats while niggers run a train on his wife.

I sincerely hope Vic can come back from this someday and he gets to work on that voice acting studio of his.

i knew vic lost the case, but i didn't know he owed them money on top of the lost!

i don't recall losing a civil case and then owing the defendants money. did vic lose a counter lawsuit? can someone tl;dr this for me?

- Either stay away from degenerates (outside of hair-sniffing range) or don't act like you're above them
- Don't enter the legal system unless it is absolutely necessary (unless you are willing to lose bigly for principles)
- Know when to fold and don't listen to people who aren't paying your bills- things can always get worse. "Appeal it all the way!" is not without risk, as this shows.

I think #2 is relevant to the current KF situation but that competent counsel can hopefully shift the odds at least. There were signs of dumb fuckery early on with the vic case that I hope do not show up with what Null is looking to do

Isn’t that close to the amount he fundraised? I’m sure he’s spent a huge amount if not all of that already financing the suit, but I’m wondering if Chupp symbolically wanted to go back to the number that one the defendants asked for in the first place which was the exact fundraising number if I remember correctly.

He lost to Texas' anti-SLAPP, the TCPA, which has fee-shifting provisions (the loser pays the winner's fees).

Since Vic lost, then lost all the way through appeals, he owes big money.
