Really not that hard. Race is inherited, sex isn't; a baby's sex is random. Sex is a local property of one's own body, race is a relationship.

Phrase the question this way: how is "I was born in the wrong body" any different from "I was born with the wrong haplotypes? How would gender dysphoria be more valid than racial dysphoria? You made the case that you can't change who you're born to, but you can't change what you're born as either.
