The "we lost the case again" shirts were such a bad call, and they somehow get even worse with age.

The audacity of someone as incompetent as Ty doing something that ballsy is absolutely staggering. The whole case retrospectively feels very 'Trump didn't win, Hillary lost.'The "we lost the case again" shirts were such a bad call, and they somehow get even worse with age.
Vic had reached out to a few lawyers prior to Ty, who said, "You won't win, it's not worth the hassle." I think one did work with Vic as counsel but wasn't working to Vic's expectations, hence he was eager to switch. Vic's former bff dumped the lore in the lawsuit or weeb wars thread, but I can't find it at the moment.Didn't Vick have some other lawyer already hired and ready to go before he was finessed into going with Ty?
I don't think most of Nick's shows were the problem as much as I think it was a mistake to keep bringing Ty on when Ty should have been working on the fucking case. If Nick did shows calling Ron Toye a cuck every night, but Ty was competent and focused on the job at hand, things might have been different.I've always wondered what difference, if any, the case would have had if Nick hadn't spent 5 nights a week drunkenly and publicly antagonizing all of the defendants and their lawyers. I don't know if it would have been much different, but it never seemed to me that Nick was doing Gay Pants any favors.
It's not like Nick doesn't realize it's a bad idea: wasn't the excuse for not inviting Eric July on his show was that it was a bad idea to discuss pending litigation? And then a big part of the 6 hour screaming copestream was how stupid Eric July was for talking about things. The first time he had Ty on was the first time he broke 9,000 live viewers. It was fun... the first time. But then Nick got greedy from that, and it clearly became a liability for Vic. At one point, Nick was even bitching and complaining that he couldn't get Vic on despite the fact he should know, as a lawyer, that would be a bad idea (he eventually did get Vic on, but later).
He missed three shows in a row last week and couldn't give a consistent coherent answer as to why. I'd be surprised if he misses another one. It would certainly show that the January effort to do as many shows as possible with makeup streams if necessary to fill the gaps is over.So what are the odds Nick has a new medical emergency or 'forgets' to stream tonight? He lucked out by having the Vic stuff drop on Friday but i think this is one of the few things Nick feels guilty about. It's his fault too, he convinced Vic to do it, pushed him towards Ty, and completely did the PR for the case.
That would be @Svetlana.Vic had reached out to a few lawyers prior to Ty, who said, "You won't win, it's not worth the hassle." I think one did work with Vic as counsel but wasn't working to Vic's expectations, hence he was eager to switch. Vic's former bff dumped the lore in the lawsuit or weeb wars thread, but I can't find it at the moment.
Per Svetlana, nobody told Vic he didn't have a case, but the first lawyer did say it would be cost prohibitive to pursue.I keep seeing the wild KV logic leap from my statement of "we spoke to two different firms before hiring Ty" to "two different attorneys told Vic the case was shit."
No.
Attorney #1 (consulted - never actually hired): "You've definitely got a strong case, but you can't afford it."
Attorney #2 (the one who sent a C&D to Saucedo): "I understand your world is burning at Twitter speed. I'll get that motion filed sometime in the next 2 months-ish."
Exactly zero lawyers told us that the case had no merit. Quite the opposite.
Man imagine if Vic had stayed with that other attorney that was too busy to take on the case for a couple months. Waiting those two months would have been an absolute disaster for him.Per Svetlana, nobody told Vic he didn't have a case, but the first lawyer did say it would be cost prohibitive to pursue.
Man, you are REALLY optimistic.but i think this is one of the few things Nick feels guilty about.
Obviously we'll never know how it would have turned out, but yeah. It's hard to imagine anybody could have done worse than Ty.Man imagine if Vic had stayed with that other attorney that was too busy to take on the case for a couple months. Waiting those two months would have been an absolute disaster for him.
"No Vic, the reason we lost the case is because you aren't a social media expert like me."Or maybe go full retard and say Vic should have have gone on his show more (as if that would have changed anything other than giving Nick more money).
It's not as bad as Mr. Hands. That’s the worst reference on the entire internet.
Some people have never even heard of the starfish wiener. Some people think goatse was special and prolapses are the worst thing that can happen.
This reference is to the only thing that I ever saw online that actually made me feel lightheaded and nauseous in real life, safely at home on my computer.
2000’s gore sites were something else
You actually see blood, thoughIt's not as bad as Mr. Hands.
Some blood dripping out of a man's asshole is not as impactful as seeing a three-foot horse cock thick as a person's leg violently thrusting all the way into a man's asshole. Leaving the man to die from a perforated colon some hours later. Whereas jar man lived to jam more stuff up his ass.You actually see blood, though
Hindsight is 20/20.Man imagine if Vic had stayed with that other attorney that was too busy to take on the case for a couple months. Waiting those two months would have been an absolute disaster for him.
I agree that he feels bad. Only because he destroyed a once profitable grift demographic by losing in such a humiliating fashion. He doesn't actually feel bad about the repercussions to Vic.i think this is one of the few things Nick feels guilty about.
They're definitely not blessed by a Serbian Rabbi.Null is very evil, he will not share his Jewish pepper pickling process. I had to research my own. Don't even know if it's the good one endorsed by Jews.
Sounds like a lazy incompetent hack.So basically, when all Vic needed was affidavits supporting his case, he suddenly had no affidavits, because they were invalid, because Ty Beard was a fucking idiot.
Fixed.Probablyhis own pockets
