Homeschoolers without fail are better socialized whether they participate in activities or not. Psychologists/Psychiatrists suspect this is due to contact and communication with actual adults. The only exception would be only children. they tend to be less socialized than Private school students unlike their counterparts, but still more socialized than public school students. Obviously having them engage with other children their age in various activities will add to the benefits, but that is just a cherry on top.

Isolated within a dysfunctional family structure (because the parents are at varying levels of nuts), you get a child unable to survive in basic society, who doesn’t know how to interact with anyone of ANY age. In addition, you set your child up for academic failure if you don’t have an education yourself. Case in point: I had to teach myself algebra. No, that’s not a brag, it’s sad. Homeschool abuse happens more than we comfortably admit, and it is natural to circle the wagons because it IS the parents’ responsibility to educate. But it’s not flawless; nothing is.

Village means extended family, friends, church family, or however your support system is configured.

To bring this back to a Rekieta-centered discussion, at least his kids still have a homeschool pod to escape to (IIRC), because home life sounds like it’s gone to shit.

Doing it for the main shows would be an interesting exercise. DL the video, strip audio, transcribe, then feed the data into an AI profile filter with preset prompts.

It might just be easier to set up a Google Meeting with an AI note taker (I use Fireflies.ai for work meetings), set the video close to the speaker and play the audio into the call. The note taker records and transcribes everything, creates both succinct and more detailed call summaries, and does a tally of things like how many questions were asked, how many deliverables people promised, etc. While the transcript isn’t perfect, you can clarify any question marks thanks to having the recording to clarify.

This is pretty convoluted but I suspect would do in a pinch and would be fun to test.

Saying it's going to be a hard case is hollow when Nick continues to insult the judge publicly with Ty on stream, makes novelty shirts about losing the case, and so on. At no point did I feel like it was presented as a serious or difficult case, rather it was like the Lolsuit with Maddox where shit was doomed from the start for the opposition.

Yeah I do think the main reason Rekieta kept bringing it up was to A) Cover his ass if/when the case went south and B) Cope and sneed when something he was so cocky about the night before didn't go to plan in court.

I think seeing it as a graph over time with the raw numbers would really cement how the mighty have fallen.
