It's true, I do use a single desktop. All my work, taxes, and hobbies are on it. However, I use an isolated browser and don't screencast my entire desktop. I also simply do not do anything I'd be ashamed of. The biggest thing I'd be afraid of ever leaking on stream is my SSN from some paperwork.
