This is probably from seeing the massive outpouring of support for Doki. Sayu never got to reap the benefits of the corporate position to carry anything over.
Hardcore Nijinigger brand-devotees on twitter never really stopped harassing her, even after everything that came out over the past year. And now they're pinning niggersanji's whole downfall on her, because their heckin' wholesome #nijifam can't be wrong, even if most of the things Dokibird came out with line up with what Sayu said.

I personally don't think the problem was Selen being big but mainly that sayu being the first. I think if they switched places, aka selen being fired first, sayu would get way more support than she got
No, I don't think so. Well actually maybe? The failed suicide was an insane pr buff alongside her being more popular in the first place.

So what could happen to her from here on out?
Can they do anything to her doki channel or is she safe from them now? I always assumed that somewhere in the contracts these girls sign there's stuff about what you can and cant do with the channel of the previous incarnation and Nijisanji sounds like the kinda company that would put in clauses like that.
But then again they fired her, so i guess the contract is just paper now.

They can't do anything to her channel. I imagine, at most, they could attempt to sue for the "reputational damage" they claim she caused them, but I doubt that would fly well in any court and would just cause things to collapse even faster.
Considering she said she saved evidence of her abuse at Niji and her lawyer agreed she suffered workplace harassment, things between her and Niji will either end here (which she seems to prefer) or result in some kind of settlement.

her lawyer also vetted everything she said and gave a go sign that it was safe to say it legally.

i'm just now reminded that her and mumei once thought they got accepted in each other's company, mumei really dodged a nuke there

but mainly that sayu being the first
everyone forgets the first NijiEN to get let go.

I still think to this day that Yugo's "graduation" and the blowback from it play a pretty big role in what would be the future blunders of NijiEN's management. Everyone was so unhappy with how vague and unexplained things were when Yugo was cut loose. And started calling for more explanations and transparency. And then began the trend of Niji's laundry list terminations which I think were a....... very poorly thought out answer to that criticism with the handling of Yugo's Termination "not being transparent enough".

Nijisanji is getting scorched on their home turf.

In Parrot's vid he did share some posts from 2chan where some Japs were saying that graduations were the main content of Nijisanji which I thought was hilarious.

And in non-Niji news, Saya is having her birthday stream in a bit

and nobody got the chance to archive anything
The culture of archivists is to archive unconditionally. Bad things happening? Archive. Good things happening? Archive. Nothing happening? Archive. My Selen archive is complete.

Even on East Nowheresville with ADSL from 2006, there was enough time to archive her entire public channel from the time Last Cup of Coffee was taken down.

If anyone is sitting here now with an internet connection and hard drive space reading this thinking "oh no, I wish I had the time!" You did. You were slothful, and now you rely on third parties. Take responsibility in future. If you don't want to see it go, put it somewhere you own.

Own. Not rent.
